Wonderful spacious house, large outdoor patio space, stunning views of Braunton Burrows, Saunton Golf Club East Course and beyond.
Saunton beach less than 10 minutes walk.
Short drive to Braunton, and Croyde.

The owners had thought off everything…We really enjoyed our holiday, the property was lovely and both us our fur baby enjoyed the property.
The owners had thought off everything for their guest to have a relaxing holiday.
My only comment would be and this is not the owners but for holiday cottages to show properties on their website with better photos of the garden and rooms. A suggestion a walk through video would be a good idea. Being an owner of a very small dog we have to make sure the property is secure and safe. The photos are never clear and so some owners are missing out on business as we are unable to be sure the garden is really secured and overlook certain properties.

A wonderful 2-night stay
We had a wonderful 2-night stay with our dog! The location is absolutely fantastic—so easy to walk everywhere. While the outside of the building is understated, it hides the garden flat that is itself a beautiful, comfortable flat, a perfect retreat. The garden was brilliant for our dog, but dog owners should definitely be aware that the cat next door is not friendly and will hiss and spit! Overall, a highly recommended spot for a great trip to Bath.

This house is in a great situation near the beach and has wonderful views across the marshland. The beds are comfortable and the facilities are, on the whole, good. A few minor niggles, though, and could do with a proper clean.

Well located cottage in Wroxham
A lovely well equipped cottage in an excellent location. Only 5 mins from the centre of Wroxham with lots of places to eat - Greys fish and chips were excellent as was the Indian spoon.
A trip to Horning for a cruise on the Southern Comfort paddle steamer is not to be missed at a reasonable price of £12

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Easy instructions, great communication, topped off with a great holiday home to relax and re charge with no worries. Some lovely little touches on arrival too, with a bottle of milk in the fridge and tea and coffee also. Loved every minute and would highly recommend it.
