I booked for my parking meet and greet on this website for SMG VIP meet and greet. I booked the timings well in advance with flight number etc for 1900 in the evening. Some one from SMG rang me early morning at 0415am on the day and he said he was waiting for my car. I explained to him that I was not due till the evening.
In the evening I was delayed due to traffic by 50 mins and I rang them 1/2hr before arriving to airport to inform my arrival. though i was delayed I was well before my departure time and there were no calls at 1900. I was rudely informed by the attendant of the call that my booking is lapsed and the person demanded £140 on the phone to take my car. He asked me to read the terms and conditions while I was driving the car very well knowing that I have to catch a flight. This was a cold blooded blackmail. I had been doing meet and greet for over 25 years and I have never had such a horrible experience....

We are very sorry if you have experienced such a bad behavior, we strongly apologies for the inconvenience caused, can you please provide the details about the attendant eg. name or phone number so that we can investigate the matter.
as we are not direct providers so we always prefer best providers to work with us, we have temporarily terminated this provider from our platform and we are not now selling their product until we are investigating the matter. In case they were found guilty we will permanently switch off this product at our platform to avoid such cases in future.
