Do not trust this shop !

We ordered a baby seat for our bike, the ordered arrived incomplete. There was some missing part to set up the seat on the bike.
We raised a ticket, sent pictures. No answer. We called the customer service 5 times, each time the agent on the phone said : "oh yes sorry I do not understand why this has not be handled, let me take care of this".
And nothing. Despite sending emails again, calling again, nothing happen.
Unbelievable, I have never seen such a bad experience.
DO NOT TRUST, BELIEVE ME

If i could put less than 1 star, i would do it.
I received a baby seat for my bike incompleted : it's been now 1 month than the SAV make promess on the phone to send my the missing pieces that they can't honour...

A SCANDAL.

I ordered a bike crate (that I had ordered in another website some weeks earlier and never arrived) but through Hollandbikeshop everything was fast and easy.

An ultra reliable seller! Will buy from him again!

Package was damaged, spokes 296mm had fallen out (were missing). Too weak packaging / too harsh handling.

Ware top, schnelle Lieferung, gerne wieder!!!! Goods great, fast delivery, gladly again!!!!

Bad after-purchase experience.
They sell two types of kids' seats, one with and the other one without it and on their website there is only one line saying that with no bold, title or whatever other cheap technic to avoid misbuying, and it's located between several other information and they have the same photos for both.

Then, they don't have the frame to sell separetel, or they don't answer if they will receive it or not, and if you try to contact the Urban Iki (the brand) they directs you to this company since they are the “trusted” seller where they don't give ANY support after you had purchased the product.

Quality cycle accessories,super fast delivery with all the tracking information provided by "Holland bike shops" helpful customer service,I can only recommend,thumbs up👍

Purchase and shipping was great.
But spare part did not fit, even though type and model ID was matching. Asking for a clue or any kind of solution customer service did not want to get involved any further. Pitty, the Team seems nice ☹️

The inside tires are broken, emailed them and no reply. And they send me to give review here before any solution. The package also does not look like new box, it’s look like they give us the second hand or retour product.

I try to fix a Magura HS33 hydraulic brake. I found the parts on your online shop site.
The parts arrived again very fast but then I realized that there are still one more part missing.
I am disappointed that there is no message on your site to order things together.

I have not been informed where the package is even today, the tracking of the package is not updated. I don't know where my package is

I receive only half of the order. The second package never received and perhaps never sent.
Since 2 month waiting and complaining but the only answer from helpdesk is "As soon as we hear from the delivery service, we will of course let you know. Thank you for your continued patience in this matter."
