The product was as advertised. But the customer service was incredibly poor. Unhelpful and uninterested in resolving the problem I had.

i ordered 1 20" bicycle tire and it came in a massive 60x40x80cm box. I was very confused when i saw it i thought i must have ordered something else but there was just the small item at the bottom of a massive box. Other than that everything went well

One of my hobbies is hiking and cycling.
I was able to buy very beautiful and practical tools in this store. Bags, locks, etc. All products turned out to be excellent.
The communication was also excellent. They are helpful and thorough.

Totally disappointed this company. You should not trust to buy anything from this company. I regreted that I bought the e-bike through this company as a present for my son.
After 2 months, no bike but I lost also money as they sent a broken bike but denied to pay back the money. Joey and Sjaak keep lying with their innocent stories without a shame. "I transfered the money to third party but they have problem for weeks and weeks" but could not show any evidence or "I will discuss with finance to solve the problem" but there is no such people. Not sure how they can run bussiness like that. I have to ask lawyer to ask them to pay me back the money. such a terrible company and people. No recommendation. you should prevent this company.

I placed an order two months ago and it arrived on the indicated date. After two weeks, I placed another order, it did not arrive. I wrote to them and they told me that it had been returned to Holland because the address was incorrect (the address was the same as in the previous order, it was correct). They say they sent it again but I still haven't received it after a month. They are not answering my emails. I don't have the lights and they don't respond to emails to return the money either. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend it.

Bike components are sensitive to exact model or type (like dimension, thread, etc.). So, it's not rare that I got wrong product which has different dimensions/types.
I never been experienced this in Hollandbikeshop. so, I always buy such parts via Hollandbikeshop.
It's also great to have multiple language support.

Hollandbikeshop is not the cheapest seller and it doesn't have shipping cost reduction at all. But I think it's worth to pay little more for reliable service.

Great communication, fast delivery. Also they have bike parts you cannot find elsewhere.

I asked them twice - nicely - to provide the measurements of a particular carrier advertised on their website. None of them had measurements (...)
Their first reply missed the question, and the second treated it as a "hot potato": "Contact a local bike specialist". They replied. Maybe a diplomatic way to say:"Don't bother us with stupid questions!"

They might need to improve their customer service if they wish to be taken seriously. Maybe this was an exception rather than the rule. Give them a try. Best of luck.

Shipping is quite fast, was no problem at all and quality of item is good!
