not refunding people!
I order a bike seat which was in stock.
I paid
They contacted me to tell it was no in stock and told me they refund
in fact the parcel was shipped (!!) but in the meantime I bought the item elsewhere.
parcel was sent back to them
Still waiting for 20 days for my refund!!

Very poor supply-chain and customer…
Very poor supply-chain and customer service.
They made a mistake in the shipment of my order and I was delivered a wrong item.
Then started the issue: 1/ despite the elements I've shown them they keep saying it is the right one and refuse to send me my order... and 2/ they make it very (!) complicated to return the product for reimbursement.
Totally outdated e-commerce practices, and out of EU regulation for e-commerce, for sure.

Einfach nur schlecht.
1. Die gelieferte 20 Zoll Felge ist unwuchtig. Wie kann man so etwas verkaufen ?? 2. Dann: Nabe: Die um die Konen laufenden Kügelchen liegen so dicht an, dass sich die gesamte Felge nicht bewegen läßt. Warum verkauft man so etwas ?
1. 20 inch rim supplied is out of balance. How can you sell something like that ? 2. then: hub: The balls running around the cones are so close together that the entire rim cannot be moved. Why do you sell something like this ?
