Hosting with Homadorma has been good. They have a contract ready for you. The website could be more user friendly for hosts but it's the easiest to use compared to other sites.

Communication by email is well done. Reminders were welcome too. The website allows you to find the answer(s) you need. Easy to navigate. My experience with an International student was wholesome and rewarding for both. I found as a 'Co-parent' the rules of your home are best explained early arrival. Don't be shy on reminders if needed. Nothing that couldn't be worked out, so no negative feedback on my recent experience.

I got scammed by this company
I got scammed by this company. They made me pay $50 for photography and never sent me the pictures nor did they approve my profile for hosting because I ask for the photos and they never issued me the refund.

app is not so easy to use when contract is completed student eventually leaves premises profile still locked in my app please remove this as soon as student leaves not a year later otherwise everything else just perfect

I find this experience to be very helpful. Students are able to connect with families to come and learn new culture and improve on their English skills. It is very rewarding and having them as a part of your family. Guidelines from the office are straight forward. When you have an issue they respond in a timely manner and gives you clear directions.
