Super fast delivery
Super fast delivery, excellent price for a wonderful bird feeder, I'm disabled but it still only took me a couple of hours to build it...... The birds love it, I love it in my new bungalow... Will be back regularly for feed etc...... Thank you 😎

Excellent Quality Product
Hedgehog house delivered promptly. Very pleased with the excellent quality. Added the hay and placed in a shady place in the garden. Amazed to see that within days a visiting hog has also added leaves to the sleeping area obviously happy with the new home. Glad I bought the tunnel to to stop my yorkie and neighbours cat from disturbing the hog.

Ordered an outdoor cat shelter
Ordered an outdoor cat shelter. Delivery was quick but unfortunately there was an issue with a part. Emailed them and they were ever so accommodating. They sent a replacement part out to me the same day. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the carrier and once again I emailed. They where absolutely wonderful to deal with (It was poor James that was trouble shooting the carrier company on my behalf). I cannot praise and recommend this company more. Fantastic products at reasonable prices and their customer service is second to none 👏👏

Do not recommend
Very disappointed with this three-story rabbit hutch. Several parts arrived faulty or didn’t fit properly, with missing/misaligned holes that made assembly difficult. The instructions were unclear and didn’t match the parts provided, turning what should have been a simple build into a frustrating experience.
For the price, I expected much better quality and accurate instructions. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless improvements are made.

Great website to use
Great website to use. Very easy to navigate and well explained goods. The goods on sale are of a really good quality. I’ve just purchased two Hedgehog feeding Stations. They are made of a high quality wood and the lid is an excellent waterproof material. Well made construction is really good. The price is excellent. The delivery service is excellent too. I’ve never had to use customer services but I’m sure that they would be very helpful. Bird seed and suet products are always gone so it must be a 👍 from the birds.

Very good company great customer service when there was issue with courier company customer service dealt with fast and followed up very impressive.
The hutch was great quality 1 of the best I have bought. It was steady to put together as I was on my own ideally 2 people better. Love the sweet touch in the instructions thank you was lovely.
