Contacted through whatsapp for part that was out of stock. They responded quickly, ordered the part and kept me updated. Once in stock I purchased and was delivered promptly to Cape Town. Great service.

Homecraft were so quick with my order
Homecraft were so quick with my order. I urgently needed the top freezer drawer and they helped get it to me. I didn't know where to find the model number of the fridge and I was guided on how to find it. They attended to my query after hours. They didn't have stock of the item but by 3pm the next day, they had it available for me and I was able to place the order and pay for it . I placed my order after 3pm that day and by the next afternoon, I received the item. Definitely recommend Homecraft for they efficiency and promptness.
