Quick and Easy setup, Flexible policy options

It was quick and easy to get all the details about their insurance policies and set one up. I spoke with Ashanti Reid from the Homelet team a few times who promptly responded to all my queries and was very helpful and friendly when setting it all up.

Excellent advice and prompt response.

It was good to speak to a person and obtain their advice regarding the best policy to suit our needs as landlords. Most other insurance companies require you to fill out your application online and the questions are necessarily relevant. Scott was the person I spoke to and he was really helpful.

Really helpful staff

Really helpful staff. I waited no longer than a couple of minutes for the phone to be answered. All my questions were answered very professionally. The best bit, my landlord insurance has been the best quote I have had for the last few years. Brilliant service, thank you! 🤩

I had a phone conversation with Lauren regarding my insurance, and I was genuinely impressed with the service she provided.
Lauren was extremely kind, professional, and patient throughout the entire call. She clearly explained all aspects of the policy and answered every one of my questions in a thorough and understandable way.
What I appreciated the most was that she approached the conversation in a very personal and human way. I never felt like I was speaking to someone reading from a script — she was warm, attentive, and truly engaged in helping me.
It made the whole experience much more comfortable and reassuring.
