Finally received both clocks
We ordered two clocks and received only one. When we tried to chargeback our bank denied it even though we were only trying to get our money back for the clock that never arrived. So now we are just out the money and the company has stopped responding to our emails.
Edit: After months of no response from this company we finally received the second clock. Unfortunately they didn't have the original colour we ordered so we had to settle for one we didn't really want. I would still be wary of ordering from this company unless you don't need your items for several months and have the time to follow up. I doubt we would have ever received the second item if I had not emailed several times.

Long delays and poor communication
I placed my order on June 17 and as of today, August 7, I’m still waiting for my watch. I’ve been repeatedly told that the shipping date has been delayed, and while I understand there may be production issues, the biggest problem is the lack of communication. I never received any proactive updates — every piece of information I have, I had to ask for myself. The estimated shipping dates kept changing, and if I hadn’t reached out, I wouldn’t have known anything. I still hope to receive the watch, but if not, I will be requesting a refund. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.
Update: I received the clock in early September. I'm generally happy with it, but not entirely. This is no longer a complaint directed at Homeloo, but rather at the manufacturer, TWEMCO. The clock stops frequently—sometimes up to three times a day. Then it might work perfectly for several weeks before the issue occurs again. I've been using the battery that came with the delivery.

On March 17th, I received an email stating that my order was set to dispatch between March 19-21 via SF Express. The estimated delivery was 7-10 business days. However, the provided tracking number has never worked. I contacted Homeloo company on March 25th, and again on March 31st, to report this issue and to mention that I was also unable to access the homeloo.com website. I received no response to either of these inquiries. On April 1st, I was informed that the website issue was resolved and that I would receive a valid tracking number. On that same day, I replied that I still could not access the site. As of today, April 8th, I have received no further communication or a working tracking number. Given the lack of communication and inability to track my order since it was supposedly shipped, I requested a full refund and opened a case via PayPal. I am now waiting for the case to be resolved. I hope I could get my money back.
Please avoid making purchases from them!

Same experience as others, I ordered a clock for a gift and paid for 7-10 day delivery, waited - no confirmation of order, chased them with no response, then when I threatened to take out a fraud claim they responded (same day!) and admitted there was ‘inefficient stocking inventory‘ and the item would finally be dispatched almost two weeks later. I asked to be refunded as the item had been a gift and clearly wouldn’t arrive on time, unsurprisingly no response! Raised a dispute with PayPal who refunded finally.
Please do not order from this company, they clearly do not hold the stock and the communication is shocking. These are expensive items, so expect to lose that money or wait months for what you order.

Exactly what was described in the previous post happened to me.
They initially confirmed the shipment to me and after a few days they informed me that due to a stock problem it would be sent later. They attached a SF tracking code that doesn't work. The transport company does not have information about the shipment.
I try to contact homeloo and get no response.
Finally I start a claim for fraud against Visa and Paypal.
Very poor customer service despite being an expensive and quality product.
I do not recommend.

UPDATED: only fair that I come back to provide an update. It’s fair to say that communication improved once I’d submitted a fraud claim! I’ve now received the clock following a pretty speedy delivery, I must say. Clock is excellent and arrived well packaged.
If the communication had been like it was towards the end then I’d have no issues recommending this company however it all seems a little hit and miss so I’d tread carefully and definitely order via a credit card so you have the added protection incase of issues. So far The product seems excellent.

reading other comments it follows a pattern apparently I placed an order on 8/25/24 order#37016 twemco AL30 watch they stated that in two weeks I would receive the order, 3 weeks passed and the order did not arrive, I contacted them and on the 16th/ 09/24 and their response was that there was no stock, etc. that they would send the order with the SF Express company with a tracking order number. When entering the tracking number, the response from the courier company said that the tracking number does not exist.

A lot of scope for improvement
Clock came in one month and few days.
They responded in mail it would be delivered in 15 days.
The overall experience was not great but not extremely bad.

I'm going to buck the trend of negative feedback here. I accept that communication with Homeloo scores 0 out of five stars, but I can't complain about the time it took to deliver the product (which I ordered in December in the week before the winter break) nor the product itself, which is excellent. Again, reading the concerns expressed by the majority of reviewers, can be put down to poor customer service; I didn't receive an acknowledgement of purchase or any tracking information from the company itself - although, because I paid for the item via PayPal, this information was available through my account with PP. Clearly my experience is different to others, but I do not think Homeloo is a scam and I would consider pruchasing from them again in the future

Order not received! No communication! Order placed 12/5/2023. Message received 12/11/2023: Your order has been dispatched on Dec 15 through SF Express, and an SF tracking number was provided.
I called SF Express. They do not have a package with that tracking number.

Don’t waste your money!
Order the Katomoku Square Wall Clock Walnut on 24 September 23. Still waiting for it to arrive. Contacted them after it didn’t arrive and they said there was an issue with the international courier. Asked me if I wanted to cancel and get a refund. I said no and that I wanted what I had paid for. Told me it would arrive Monday just gone. Nothing. Asked for a tracking number. Nothing. Over £100 down and have no idea when/if my item will ever arrive. Best advice I can give is to not waste your money on this company!

Total scam
The other reviews are correct about this being a scam company. I ordered a clock and eventually it said my order was complete. I never received a confirmation email, tracking information, or my merchandise. I tried to contact them via their online question form and never received any reply. It's been over a month and still no clock. Do NOT order anything from this company or they will steal your money.
Update: the clock finally came a month and a half after I ordered it but when it arrived it was broken

The FAQ on their website says that the product will take 2 weeks at the latest. However, even though it has been 4 weeks, the product is not even been shipped. They told me the scheduled shipping date, but they didn't keep it twice.

Stole my money
I ordered two bedside lights in June 2021... it is now nearly a YEAR later and I have only just recieve ONE of them. This was only after continous emailing. They are now not responding with regards to the second light. Angus was quick to respond when i enquired about a product then as soon as i paid i recieved no responses.... please do not put yourself through the hassle/annoyance of this

Contact form doesn't work and they don't reply to emails
Order went well. Received my clocks. All good so far. I received also a little message in the package titled "Double Happiness" telling me that I'd be able to get a 10% discount on my next order. There was no coupon code on that message and it only said that I'd have to contact them.
However when I tried to contact them for my 2nd order as returning customer less than a year later to get my discount, well, I never received a reply. I'm now a bit critical about Homeloo.
