Exceptional customer service from Connor who patiently extracted all the information needed to arrange the exact cover for which I had been searching. Where insurance brokers had failed (more like uninterested agents really) and my previous insurers had been unhelpful and obstructive, Homeprotect found the solution I needed, which actually wasnt complicated, and won a new customer. Another Happy Customer
After having had a frustrating experience with two of the mainstream providers who wouldn't accept more than 2 lodgers, I was recommended Home Protect through ChatGPT! I've not been disappointed. Just the opposite in fact. I wish I'd discovered this insurer earlier. No fuss, common sense questions and no irritating, unnecessary ones and a sensible premium... So far I am a happy customer.

I had an 'empty house' policy with HomeProtect.
I had an 'empty house' policy with Homeprotect which was competitive. When I then needed to cancel it due to the sale of the house, I was able to cancel this via a chat on their website. It was extremely quick and efficient. There was nothing they could have done to improve the process.
