Very helpful on the phone
Very helpful lady on the phone explained the options so I could be sure I was ticking the right boxes on the quote form. Hopefully we won't need to contact them again but I'm reasonably confident that they would be fine to deal with if we had to make a claim at any point.

Really simple to use website which…
Really simple to use website which clearly explained the various ins and outs of unoccupied property insurance. I got the online quote and then I also actually spoke with a human! (Wanted to ask some extra questions) who was really helpful. Time taken to get through on the phone was excellent, less than a minute before I was speaking to a person. I can’t, obviously, comment on the actual effectiveness of the policy in the event of the worst happening and I hope I don’t have to. Happy with the speed of policy documents etc. Delivered electronically as soon as I’d paid. Price was comparable to other insurers, and included a couple of things which others didn’t. (Storm and theft)

I received an automatic renewal from another insurance company
Having received an automatic renewal from another Insurance company, before it went live I went onto compare the market website and received a cheaper quote with all things included, if they don't try to renew me at over £140 price increase then I might stay with them next year as well. Good job, thanks for accepting my policy as a new customer.
