I’ve had such a great experience with Homerilla! I’ve used them three times now, and I’ve been very satisfied with both their products and their service. Ordering custom-made curtains through their website is easy, and whenever I’ve needed assistance, their team has been very helpful throughout the process.

I love being able to customize the curtains to fit my space, and I’ve been really happy with the quality and feel of the material. The curtains made such a beautiful difference in my home and gave the space the finished look I was hoping for.

We are so happy with our drapes and rod from Homerilla! Custom drapes that only took about 2 weeks to receive, they were packaged well, so when we hung them up there were no discernable wrinkles...amazing! We ordered pleated linen drapes in Sand Beige with 240 blackout lining as these were for our bedroom sliding door...they truly keep the room darkened from early morning sun. We highly recommend these custom drapes from Homerilla!

Overall I had a really good experience with Homerilla. The fabric feels nice and the curtains looked much better once they were hung. Their customer service was also helpful and replied to my questions quickly.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the color was a little different from what I expected. But I know it’s hard to judge fabric colors from pictures, so I don’t really see that as the company’s fault. The curtains are also just a tiny bit shorter than I expected, but it’s not a big deal.

After this order I even ordered more fabric samples from Homerilla so I can choose the perfect color for the other rooms in my house and match everything better with my interior. I’m happy with my purchase and will definitely order from them again.

Although my experience wasn’t perfect because FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address, the seller handled the situation professionally. They responded to my concerns, reviewed the evidence I provided, and decided to issue a full refund. I appreciate that they took responsibility for helping resolve the issue, even though the delivery error was caused by the carrier. Thank you for making things right.

I bought several rugs from Homerilla and initially loved them, until I washed one of the “washable” rugs which started breaking apart at the seam after the first wash. I sent two emails and never received a response and called the company which just resulted in a full mailbox message.

I just got my semi-sheer curtains from Homerilla, and I couldn’t be happier. The fabric is absolutely beautiful—it lets in just the right amount of light and gives the room a really cozy, elegant feel. The pinch pleat detail really adds a touch of sophistication. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely HORRIBLE BEYOND WORDS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 4 curtains and only two arrived. Not one single person will answer me to rectify this situation. I have tried every single channel to get in contact with the company and to no avail. Never in my life have i had such horrendous customer service. Do not order

I had a very poor and frustrating experience with Homerilla and would not recommend ordering from them.

Before purchasing, I relied on the company’s guidance regarding the appropriate mounting and sizing for bamboo shades. After the order was placed and an issue arose, the company’s position changed and contradicted the guidance I had been given before purchasing. As a result, I was left with a product that did not work as expected, despite following their direction.

What made this experience especially frustrating was the amount of back and forth required just to try to get the issue addressed. I repeatedly explained that my concern was not simply about redesigning or remeasuring, but about the fact that I made the purchase based on Homerilla’s own pre-purchase guidance. Instead of acknowledging that issue directly, the responses continued to redirect me back to redesign or remeasurement options for the same product they later indicated would not fit my windows.

The company only offered a partial refund, which did not feel like an appropriate resolution given the circumstances. When I continued to ask for the issue to be reviewed more thoroughly and escalated, the responses became repetitive and did not address the core concern. Eventually, I stopped receiving meaningful responses altogether.

Overall, this was a disappointing customer service experience with a lot of unnecessary back and forth and no fair resolution. In my opinion, this is a very poor way to handle a customer concern, especially for a custom product where customers are relying on the company’s guidance before placing an order. I would strongly caution others to be very careful before ordering from Homerilla.

I received the wrong rugs for my kitchen at first delivery, but Homerilla allowed me to keep those rugs and also sent me the rugs I ordered. While waiting for the correct order to arrive, I went ahead and used the rugs that came first, and I can say for certain that these rugs are not only beautiful, but they are also durable. I'm so pleased that they are washable, but after a month in my kitchen, they never seemed to even get dirty. Well worth waiting for, and I really couldn't imagine asking for more!
