Cheap fabric
I ordered new curtains for my living room and was hoping for the best considering I didn’t see them in person, but was reassured when they claimed to accept returns. I received the curtains and they were bad. The color was not as pictured, quality of the fabric was cheap and the hooks made of plastic. Don’t spend your money here! They also lie about accepting returns.

No 30day satisfaction guarantee
As with most curtains, you add in the amount of fullness you need. However, with the ripple fold, it says it automatically adds 200% with the vague description on the website I was forced to reach out to customer service in which I asked explicit questions like what size do I need to order and I was told I need to order a specific size and then if I ordered it as a pair I would get two panels at that size. What I got was two panels at the length that I put into the site. The vague description on the site is very misleading. Alternatively, I reached out to customer service once I received my order notified them of the issue and send screenshots and they called the chat report. They then only offered me to pay 140% for replacement that is because they would not authorize a return on the initial order nor any credit back through rounds of customer service messages, I am baffled that they can only give me the sales price on a new order although they have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee my issue is unresolved even though I’ve offered fair mediations. I would be very careful ordering the ripper fold because if you encounter any issues, they are not willing to work with you or correct the issue.

Based on the information on the website…
Based on the information on the website I thought the color of the sheers would be more white, but they are more like beige taupe and therefore, the color is more like light brown sugar. They don’t work in my space and they are not returnable because the Website description says “white beige” and that’s what the label on the panels say as well. I did not want white white and I didn’t want beige. I wanted more of a warm white that didn’t have a yellow undertone.

We had a wonderful experience with Homerilla right from the seamless order point. The website is very easy to navigate and to make your custom elections. Communication and shipping were both very efficient. We ordered both curtains and customs cushions for our outdoor patio set and they were absolutely amazing! You can tell that a lot of care and pride go into creating each piece. The cushions were firm, the fabric soft and the hidden zipper was a really nice detail. We highly recommend!
