Good to book a service and good time keeping. Professional engineers and good work. Only not so good is their emergency calls because they still use their booking system, i.e. for the next available engineers, rather than something like 999 call.

I had problems online and spoke to an operator that was able to arrange a visit and correct my mistake.
I also got my repair sorted.

trying to pay for an invoice. I eventually got to speak to an advisor who told me i don't have an account!! regardles of the fact i had two reminders to pay my invoice I am not impressed

Wasn't happy as I do pay for a couple of homeserve policy over £500 a year only to find once I did have a service I had to pay for a door seal that I kept because it was not that old was charge the £100 excess,it wasn't pick up when you first checked out the boiler for me to take out the policy but did find I need a new flu cover on the outside that cost me a couple of hundred for that,all in all I laid out around £2000 for a door seal and a flu cap 5 min boiler service.
