So far, so good.
I am new to Hone, so I have limited experience. However, I loved the doctor, Dr. Swain-Jones, who spoke with me about my results and recommendations. She was knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air to me as a physician who was up-to-date on current recommendations for hormone replacement and took the time to answer my questions.

I have insurance but still…
I have insurance so I necessarily didn’t need to go through Hone to get my blood work results but I’m still glad I did and I would definitely go through Hone if I didn’t have an insurance plan.
My consultation was overall great and informative. Never had to leave my house.

Hone has exceeded my expectations 10 to 1. It's so great to do this online with great people. The Dr was absolutely amazing, and I could tell he knows his stuff. I was very pleased with my blood work results, and the way the Dr explained it to me. Excellent job everyone.

Great care
I approached this as a supplement to my local providers who sometimes are overwhelmed by demand. I was a bit skeptical about this but I was very impressed with the level of review and explanations about my overall health. Dr. Zickmund was kind and thorough in reviewing my results and explained why she wanted to adjust my HRT and what kind of symptom relief I could expect and when. Very pleased with the care provided and would recommend it to other women struggling to find timely solutions for symptom relief in menopause.
