Gorgeous little tubs and the applicator under the lid is very handy. Better than sticking your nails in! I bought a sample pack for my girls to share but ended up taking a couple for myself. Great quality.

Updating my original review as I have finally received my lip balms .After a few emails Honeybalm kindly resent my order as the first one never arrived. Got my order today and was happy with what I recieved. Cute packaging and a nice product. Just took a little longer than to arrive than expected.

Disappointed, order not received
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a starter pack and a scrub on 10th December 2024, but I never received my order. The tracking says it was delivered, but that’s not true.
I emailed the company on 20th December to let them know, and again on 5th January 2025, but I’ve had no response at all. The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.
I either want my order or a refund, but so far, nothing has been done to resolve this. This is completely ridiculous, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Delivery was fine.
The packaging and product is not as brightly coloured as pictured in their advertisement.
The balm has no scent or flavour but the colour is good. The cherry is more like a lipstick.
But worst of all. It is advertised as Honeybalm Australia but the actual product is made in China and was delivered from overseas.
Would not order again.

2 out of 3 didn't have a scent.
Ordered the watermelon 3 pack, but only 1 out of the 3 actually had a scent. When I contacted them about getting replacements or a refund I was told that returns can only be processed within 14 days of receiving the product, even though I had already explained they were a Christmas gift that hadn't been fully opened, that's why there was a delay.
(Received in the post on Dec 6th, contacted them on Jan 3rd)

Waited a long time for the order to arrive and was not impressed with the delivery time, the response from the company or the product. The product I thought was from Australia was actually from China.

A long wait for not much
The delivery was very slow; it took over 3 weeks. The product doesn't quite match its description. With propolis listed as the second last ingredient (just before aroma), there's barely any in the formula. The "honey" in the Honeybalm is minimal at best. It feels ok on the lips, but I am uncertain that it really is better in hydration than other products. The container is cute.
