Too long for delivery
I waited 2 months for their bulletproof shoes, we ordered in November then i received an email stating that they needed funding, i asked when they would be sent they said they're finally in production only to find out they came from China, there's now a price reduction we paid $93 now they're $67 i asked for a refund since they're now on sale and was told no, we have finally received them, my husband likes them. And they are very stylish for being a steel toe shoe not sure about the integrity of the shoe yet since we just got them.

How can it be that I order shoes in size 39, they arrive 3 sizes larger and when I send them back I do not get a refund because your customers services pretends that they never received my package! I spent 20$ just to ship the product back to you!! WHAT A RIP OFF AND LIAR!

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. Don't use them, don't trust a word they say.
I ordered a transformer toy for my grandson for Xmas. I ordered it in early November thinking that would be plenty time for it to arrive. After a month of silence, after prodding, I was eventually told I would get a shipping/tracking number on the 17th December. Alarm bells started ringing. Much more prompting and all I got was platitudes - it's on its way, the order can't be cancelled because it is in transit - but still no tracking number.
It is now past Xmas and my Grandson didn't get his present. I still don't have a tracking number.

THIEVES STOLE MY MONEY!!
I received their shoes and wanted to return them it took me MONTHS to get someone to reply and then they accepted the return. I have the emails to prove it.

Do not buy from this site at all. I bought some boots for work that was indestructible they lasted 2weeks. I replied to them they was telling me they have bills to pay what has that got to do with me? The boots took 4weeks to get to me. They lasted 2 weeks so 6 weeks. They message me back saying it was expired of 14 day money back guarantee

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Asked to cancel the order just after placing it, before they sent it, and they refused.
Refund works like that: you need to pay the transport back, 20% fee, and only get a voucher for their website!!!!!!
Be aware if you're in Europe that you'll have to pay extra VAT (23% in Portugal)
