I have bought a phone in June, 2015 from EU warehouse and 10 months later it just started working very slovly, after touching screen it reackted only in 3-5 seconds. I wrote to honorbuy, they asked me to do fastboot and other unnecessary things and finally agreed, that phone should be repaired. As I bought it from EU warehouse, it took more thatn a week for them to agree that I can send it to EU warehouse. And then started more problems - EU warehouse got my phone in less than week but to China it has been sent in more than month. And later they even did not wrote me anything, I had to ask every week what is the situation of my phone, I asked to submit tracking no so I could follow it - I did not get anything. Finnaly after the latest questions what is the situation witk my phone they send me a letter that I have to pay 71,99 EUR because according to them phone is scrmbled. Seriously! Something is not working inside and they look outside. Moreover, no explanation what should be repaired or changed, no other details, no invoice and even the payment method is unbelievable - paypal account connected with gmail. WHY? It's almost two months I have sent my pfone, and I even now dont know when I am going to get it back.

Terrible service this company provides.
I bought a phone more then a month ago. I only used it one day and then the phone stop booting. A brand new phone a i don't have the right to a replacement or refund. instead they waisted time asking me to run some tests, send videos, and finally return it to UE warehouse. This took more then a month. Today, after much insistence from me and I asking for a refund, they told me they are going to ship it to china for further testing and it this will take 2 more weeks.
Seriously never again!

I have bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 on Sunday from Honorbuy (EU Warehouse) and on Thursday it was at my door. Nicely packaged, no delay at all, no damage. Two days after the order, I have written honorbuy a message, whether they could include a tempered glass film. They immediately responded, that they would do it if the package weren't yet shipped. I found the tempered glass film in my package. No comparison to the problems I had and I still have after ordering the same phone from another selling company. After only one purchase I can only recommend Honorbuy.
False advertising
Bought a phone that was advertised and should come with a chinese ROM and with a power adapter suitable for my country (UK), but instead received the phone with a global ROM that was canceled and not updatable and also received the wrong power adapter! Due to the fake/canceled ROM it took me 8 or 9h to fix the problem they caused and to install the correct ROM, instead of 1h max. I also had to buy an adapter!
This shop never admitted the problem and never accepted to give me a compensation and after 1 month, they offer 10 EUR of compensation (a joke!) or I should send the phone back and they will refund me about 80% of what I've paid (another joke) because I've been using the product for 1 month, as if now is my fault that they didn't react on my complain that was made on day 1 after receiving the phone.
This is the worst shop I've used and won't be using it anymore! I also don't recommend this shop to anybody.

Defective phone - SOLVED
I ordered a xiaomi redmi note 3 pro, I received it super fast from their EU warehouse but the device didn't recognize any sim card. I was upset and I contacted honorbuy, after 2 days they sent DHL to my place to take back the defective device. They confirmed the problem and they sent me a new one in few days, I'm happy how they handled my situation so I share it here on trustpilot.

This is the first time I bought from Honorbuy, China. Firstly, I am a little bit of hesitation for buying at this site due to the reviews are not so good. But, surprisingly, they are good from ordering to fast delivery. They response to your emails promptly as well. The product is great as you know buying a Xiaomi you never get wrong. I will buy from them again and will recommend to my friends. They do not describe correctly on the protective films but made correction immediately.

For the reply, I always reply at the email, the phisically damage persist if the device drop, if I use it with is cover and the frame broken itself in the plastic junction for me is a manufacturing defect, I also have similar problem with other device of other brand and they solve it, I don't pay anithing that I haven't caused, I sent a image with the problem at the ITALIAN OFFICE, HIGH RESOLUTION, and they ignored me.

I ordered a Mi4i from honorbuy.
The first one was broken. Nothing worked properly. Had to pay the postage back although their mistake - 67€!! I asked them to reimburse, all I got was my phone back without a charger, a needle to open the simlock. It took them more than 2 months to repair the phone and sending it back to the UK.
I received the phone in September. Sent it back straight afterwards. They repaired it. Arrived in December. Now its nearly March and I still have no charger and no needle to open the SimLock. Of course i bought it myself but what´s the point.
I´m so annoyed. Never ever Honorbuy!

Chinese products being sold via Italy from an unknown seller? Of course I was a bit apprehensive. I couldn't have been more incorrect!! I'm typing this off my Mi Pad 2 that arrived to Ireland three days after placing the order. It's working perfectly and I even got a discount for signing up to the newsletter. Just really positive experience all around. Would definitely recommend and repurchase. Has silenced any worries I had. Very good service. Compliments and thanks to the person/people behind this. I'm from Croatia, I've ordered the xiaomi redmi 3 32gb last week (thursday evening), it has been shipped on friday and it arrived at my place with DHL two hours ago. Honorbuy has not the best prices but I've used the voucher code "MOBHR" for 5 euro discount. Their shipping price from EU warehouse is also little high but I wanted to avoid taxes and receive the phone fast. I've read good comments in croatian forums about honorbuy.com, now I also recommend this shop!
Quite surprised
These people need to calm down. I've ordered an Xiaomi Mi 4i. I live in the Netherlands, so in Europe. Basically, I ordered, and it arrived within the promised timeframe. Phone works, is real, got the cable, the charging adapter was presumably Chinese (3 pins), but they gave me a white converter for my European plug. It felt and looked really cheap, and probably did not fit the EU requirements, doesn't fit in all sockets, so I soldered a piece of leftover power cord to it, and made my own plug. I have the phone for about half a year now, and I will probably get myself a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 soon (yay fingerprint sensors!). Just hate it that the transportcosts are 40€. Why don't you just offer free shipping like all other sellers do?
This site (Trustpilot I mean by that) by the way, is a massive scam. But hey, the shop was great and don't deserve such a bad review, even on a scam site like this one.
NO NO NO!!! BIG WARRANTY ISSUES, LIARS!
I bought from HONORBUY.COM my third xiaomi phone (redmi 1s, m3 before), a redmi note 2 in september 2015.
I am / was very happy with it, just like the other products i have bought from Honorbuy, until one morning(two months after the purchase) , when a slight yellow mark appeared (just like when somebody is using a yellow marker on it) at the middle left part of the screen, which is visible when the backgound is white.
It is a Xiaomi problem, especially at new products, so I informed Honorbuy about this issue. They answered me very bad, they lied to me -they need to discuss with their technician, and so on-, and they offered me to buy from them a new screen, with 5$ bonus (they have the most expensive price for this screen, btw, from all over the internet). And they told me to send back my phone to China -although I bought it fom their European Warehouse from Italy and I have to pay the freight charges. Basically, i paid the transport when I bought the phone, now I should pay again TWO transports (from my place to China and vice versa) and I have to do it to CHINA!!!! I have asked them what if they buy a German car from Beijing, they send it back eventually to Germany? They haven t answered. I am VERY VERY disappointed about their lies, lack of customer care oriented approach and I will NEVER NEVER buy anything from them. You want a Xiaomi, buy it from wherever you want. NOT from ”HONOR”Buy.
I have the full mailings, if somebody is interested to see how are they treating a customer with a good buying history.

I ordered a Letv 1S (X500) from them on the Black Friday (so I assumed, that the shipping will take more than 1 week for sure). At the purchase they sent me 2 emails (1 for comfirming the order and 1 for the warranty card). Tuesday morning I got an email, that they handed over the package to the delivery service (DHL, I ordered from the EU warehouse to Hungary). At around 3 p.m. the courier called me, that he couldn't complete the delivery, because I wasn't home (WOW, that was fast). Then on Wednesday in the morning he came again and I received the phone. Everything is OK with it and I even got a US->EU wall charger converter from them. Thanks HonorBuy. Excellent service. (And I hope I will not have to use their warranty services after all. :D )
Verry Bad Support!
I have bought in this store a smart phone for nearly 700 euros. In a flash process, there was a failure of the PC and therefore to a full brick of Phones.
To my requests at Honorbuy after a firmware for the phone, I received only links to a forum. This firmware was only flashable via the internal memory of the phones. This is not possible! Other solutions were not offered me Honorbuy. There were repeatedly demanded by up to order number - a solution to the problem was never reached it.
Recently it has been suggested the phone sent back to Honorbuy. According to the statement of Honorbuy in consultation with the technician. I only need a complete firmware for a 700 Euro phone!
Very poor support - or incompetent technician?

I bought a LeTV max phone from them. When it arrived, I noticed the camera was not working well, it had stripes all over the screen.
Contacted them and sent proof of the problem. They said to send it to them to check it. So I did. Apparently it takes almost TWO months to arrive for such a small package to china.
Then they said the phone had scratches, damage and was disassembled.
All filthy lies. I sent the phone back one or two days after I received it. So I made sure there were no scratches. And the lie of disassembling? WHAT THE HECK?
Why would I disassemble my newly received phone. What reason would I have?
But now I begin to understand their shameful tricks. They sell fake or damaged phones with bad hardware. When the customers receives it, they notice it's not working and send it back. Then the company claims the phone is damaged and other false statements. The say they will repair it for a fee. This is their fraudulous plan.
Now I opened a paypal refund so hopefully I can get my €590 back.

i recently ordered a xiaomi 1600 powerbank..double usb..pass thru charging etc from honorbuy..problem was and is..i can,t pass thru charge when the bottom usb is plugged in..ok in top,but not bottom usb...i contacted xiaomi headquarters for their knowledge..
