Hopeless after sales service read reviews before committing.
I purchased an Mi 5s from this company. Shipping was excellent, but that is all. After about 6 months use my phone went berserk and started to play about. I contacted Honorbuy and they suggested I send phone to China and declaring that it costs $29.99 because of their customs when in fact it costs €430. I refused as if lost I would only get $29.99. Therefore they suggested i send it to Slovenia and they will ship it themselves. After they received it they never contacted me but I sent an email requesting information. They replied back saying that they had informed me that phone was fixed and were waiting for my payment of around $25. I never did receive this email. Anyway to cut it short I paid under protest as Phone was still under the one year guarantee.. I believe that according to EU regulations goods sold in Europe must carry 2 years warranty. That I will check later on with the Authorities.
The phone worked for approximately another 3 months as in December 17 same thing happened. I sent it back to Slovenia to be shipped to China and again they never bothered to send it. They again said that the same problem happened again, battery dislocates itself and phone becomes dead. I told them that this is going to keep on happening as it was a factory fault but they would not accept that. They replied that they would send it back and if problem happens again within 7 days they would send a replacement. I am of the opinion that since it happened twice they should replace my phone without further discussion.
I know that Xiaomi phones are good but this agent/seller is hopeless and my regret is that I only got to know about the many complaints Honorbuy was getting and also I am not at all happy for suggesting them to family and friends. I do hope that they do not experience what i have been going throughj. This is Feruary 27th 2018 and I am still without my phone. In the last two/three weeks I sent about 6 emails and they never bothered to reply.

After over 3 weeks, HonorBuy finally contacted me through an email. They said that they by mistake missed my email. Sorry HonorBuy, but i sent you nearly an email a day.
Now they proposed to fix my phone for the second time and give me a warranty of 3 months. They lost me the last 4 months of warranty because of their delays. If problem occurs again they would repair it again. Honorbuy if problem persists it is a factory fault and phone must me replaced by a new one.
They also suggested that if problem crops up again they can replace my phone against a payment of €150, for a phone which is marked at €307. Honorbuy I paid nearly €400 for my phone do you think I am nuts.
If problem crops up for the third time you have to replace it outright with a new phone.
Who is going to pay for the expenses I incurred, €65 up till now.

Great service! Replaced my defect Xiaomi ANC USB-C headphones after I informed them sending them also a video with the issue. Requested that I sent the headphones to their service here in EU which I did.
After a few weeks I got delivery of brand new headphones by DHL.
This is what I call excellent service.
Terrible shop with terrible customer service
Recently I bought Xiaomi Redmi 4A via Honorbuy. I got the device couple of days later and everything seemed to be working great at first but soon enough I found out that I can't make phone calls or send texts and also none can contact me neither with phone call or SMS (I use Croatian T-mobile). I googled that problem and I found out that I'm not the only one experiencing this as there were mulitple complains about the same issue from the customers in Poland, Spain, India, Thailand etc., so I decided to contact Honorbuy customer service in order to fix this.
Girl named Lily answered to my email and asked me to send a video of a problem which I did. After couple of days (that is how fast they are) she suggested me to send phone to a repair service in Slovenia on MY COST despite it is clearly their fault and not mine. In this moment I just wanted to fix this so I sent the phone to an address she provided me. Again, it took almost a week to hear from them again so I was getting really frustrated and today they finally contact me saying the phone is working fine and that there is no problem with it providing me some pictures of allegedly my phone calling other with ITALIAN SIM CARD which has nothing to do with my CROATIAN SIM CARD. Also, she accused me of damaging the hole of SIM card tray which is literally millimetre scratch made because it's impossible to pull out the tray without using some metal needle or something.
Anyway, to this moment they still didn't refund me nor fixed my phone and I'm not sure they will so be aware of this and don't trust them nothing!

MI A1 WARRANTY PROBLEMS
At 06.02.2018 i received a brand new MI A1 device, baught by Honorbuy Europe.
From beginning on the headphone jack did not work properly. There was a spongy feeling when i plugged the headphones in the jack.
After a few hours headphone jack had loose contact.
I contact Honorbuy.
They asked me to provide a video about the problem.
I did!
Today i was asked to send the mobile phone to Slovenia (shipping risk and transportation costs in my responsibility).
I will not!!!!
I did not even receive a bill for this purchase.
I suggested Honorby the change of the devices (new against the broken one), i'm still waiting for the answer.
I like the mobile phone, design, performance, Android One, the price and the very fast shipping.
But i do not like the miserable customer service.
As long as they dont provide a decent customer service, i will keep distance to their products.

Great Service and Amazing Phone
Great Service and fast shipping (1 day earlier then predicted). Ordered on Saturday and get the phone on Tuesday.
Package was well sealed and without damage.
So far, Mi6 works great without any issue. I just hope that is going to last for years.

DO NOT BE STUPID LIKE I WAS!!! I did buy Xioami Mi5s From here. Phone did work well half year after I did purchase it and then hell did open!! My phone did died suddenly I did contact Honorbuy about it. It's take almost 1,5 month until I did get my phone back. After I did get phone back somehow honorbuy technician has broke antenna and my phone did work only three days. AND again I have to contact Honorbuy, this time I did send it back to EU warehouse, and I did ask many times what is the situation about my phone, and always to get a answer take like 2-3 days untill answer is "we will ask tommorw" and I get my answer after week, "now we are working on it". I did get my phone back after 2 months!!! Phone did work one week and AGAIN it did broke. My phone did stuck at bootloop and wont start it. Again I did contact Honorbuy and now I have waited them answer for me over two weeks but so far no answer from them! I have really send over 50 emails about this case for them.
PRICE IS MAYBE CHEAP BUT AFTER SALE CUSTOMER CARE IS REALLY BULLS**T!!!

I bought a Xiaomi mi5x from the honorbuy website and had it sent through EU warehouse. The phone was faulty straight out of the box so I sent it back. Their customer service has been frustrating as 2 months later I'm still seeking a new phone, repair or refund. I have to keep emailing them prompting a very vague response along the lines of 'we have sent it to our leader and will get back to you.' To call it second rate is an understatement. If you do decide to purchase from this website pray to God that whatever you get works as I would not wish dealing with such incompetence on anyone!

I bought for the second time from them.
The first experience, two years ago, was a positive one in what meant the speed and timeliness of delivery. Given this fact last month, I ordered a new phone, Xiaomi MI6.
Delivery has been made exemplary. The problem is that the phone arrives with a hardly visible defect. During use from first day, absolutely at random time, appear a ghost touch on the back button, making the phone unusable.
Honorbuy's communication on this issue now has been good and promising.
I sent the phone to them in Slovenia, after I listened their tips, and i tried all the resoftings and factory reset, proposed by them, by email. From my point of view, it's a hardware issue on a new phone.
And now I'm waiting for a replacement decision, given that it has come from the box with this defect. Honestly, I was extremely unpleasantly surprised by this flaw on a Flagship Xiaomi phone.
I did not open the Paypal dispute because until now honorbuy people seemed extremely professional and well-intentioned.
I come back with feedback, and well understood with the desire to award 5 stars.
LE 06.09.2017 >>>I respect your opinion, but I'm not crazy, the problem exists and happens at random time, especially when the phone is being used intensively on mobile data, and is getting warmer. Also, when the charging cable is on, the phenomenon becomes stronger, very visible when the cable is moved slightly up and down. Please try with two functional sim cards one connected in 3g and the other in 4g.
In my opinion, when the phone turns up power to the radio to strengthen the connection, it can cause Electronic Noise to leak over the connection into the capacitive buttons (due to poorly insulated shielding tape), causing the phone to think the buttons were pressed.
I do not have the pleasures of spending a lot of money on a device I wanted, then playing with my phone in service. All I want is a perfectly functional phone. And this is not the case.
I've spent money for about a month and I do not have what I paid for. and this is a problem for me, not to mention that we have added a total of 50 euros only on the transport.

I recently received the cover for my Xiaomi Note 4 and sadly, it's badly made.
It fits on the phone, however, the fingerprint access, front camera & back camera are slightly covered by the cover material.
It's pretty annoying these defects, as you lose the reference to the features of the phone, not less, when you use the front camera, you're partially covered, as the whole is not cut properly.
I expected more from the company & quality of their material, as they are not the cheapest in the Market & shipping rates are quite high.
I would be happy to receive a substitute cover for it, as the intention is to keep it on the phone and be able to use the phone normally.

I have made order for new Xiaomi note 2 64gb black. I made fault by ordering from China warehouse instead EU warehuse. The problem was solve very quickly. They change delivery from EU and I needed to pay extra money for delivery. This is great news, fast service.
Now dark side...
I have received after few days phone well packed and delivered by DHL. Telephone come with faulty screen, the screen is half green. It means phone is worth nothing, I can not use. I made direct contact to honorbuy, and also informed paypal, to seek advice.
Honorbuy has replied me after few days because it was weekend. They have requested pictures and videos. So I did. I made same day the pictures as soon I saw faulty screen.
I need telephone so my point was just exchange to a new one with no damage. But Honorbuy was not feeling to do it. They told me if the phone has a hardware problem they will exchange to a new one if it is waterlogged then they charge me for repair service. Waterlogged - it is brand new phone, just packed from the box. They open phone boxes before they sell for inspection, updates and so on. It means that honorbuy has opened this box before me and they are claiming that somehow phone is waterlogged.They directly send return address to repair centrum. I felt not very comfortable to send phone and later have no any evidences. I only agree return for new exchange. This is normal in EU that you have 14 days to return, OK this is Asia based company and they have different rules, but still they selling items for EU and suppose to follow at least some rules. I had no choose and I have escalated my problem to Paypal ( I made direct call to Netherlands paypal service and I was advised to escalate problem).
Currently I am not sure if the problem will be solve in my favor or honorbuy. Have no money, no phone and thrust is gone.
It is my second order from honorbuy and also have recommended for few my friends.
I hope that honorbuy is reading it.
I will keep update with my problemall of you, maybe Honorbuy will make refund them salve, maybe paypal does, or maybe I have 360 euro minus.
I hope that honorbuy will refund a money without any extra time waist and I can order a new one. I have read all reviews and honorbuy replies. Looks like they trying to solve each problem. I hope I am not exception.
Update 25.08.2017. - thank you for your attention. Your message is very clear and if I would got same message at beginning, probably the problem would be solved.
I have not sent to the phone to EU warehouse, because paypal told me do not do it. As soon paypal takes desision for refund I need to send it back. I believe it takes time. Currently I am very confused what I need to do. Please advice me and maybe we can avoid any lost on both sides.
Update 22.09.2017. You are fully correct about opening dispute with Paypal. It is truly and fully time waist and energy. They are totally doing they job bad and this disturb whole process with seller. But this is separate story.
paypal have closed my dispute because, DHL delayed parcel and did not updated tracking number. paypal closed claim on not my side after one week - reason invalid tracking number.
After almost 20 days delivery honobuy received parcel and tested. I have confirmation after two days that my phone will be changed to a new one. tracking number received at same day.
I made big mistake by not trusting Honorbuy and going directly to paypal.
I do next time different.
My review is 100% authentic. I write full story that people can separate good and bad shops and hope that anothers do as well.
Several notes for honorbuy: 1 - need to act with each case separately, write authentic email instead copy -past. 2- Reply more often, not 1 email per day. it makes more comfortable buyers.
P.S as soon I test my replacement I will change the score, but I keep all story on.
Last update 27.09.2017. I got my new phone from honorbuy. Well packed and phone works good. They also refund delivery back cost straight away. I am happy with honorbuy and my next purchase will be with honorbuy too.

HonorBuy is NOT to be trusted. Last year, when I bought my Xiaomi MI 5, they were selling the phone with a non-original ROM. Their web site marketing did not reveal that they had swapped out the manufacturer's original firmware. The substitute ROM is multilingual, making the phone marketable in a variety of European countries. But, since the phone's native ROM supports English, the substitution is of no advantage to an English speaker; and it imposes serious drawbacks HonorBuy's advertising did not disclose.
The HonorBuy substitute ROM cannot be updated with the manufacturer's revisions. This means it does not get the benefit of security fixes and feature upgrades released by the manufacturer or provided in new versions of the Android operating system. I discovered other defects which may or may not be attributable to the non-original ROM but could not be corrected because the phone's non-original ROM does not permit a factory reset.
Although HonorBuy's web site marketing promised a one year warranty and excellent customer support, neither promise was honored. The company claimed that the manufacturer's ROM could be reinstated but their email instructions were clueless. They refused to take back the phone either for reinstatement of the original ROM or refund. They justified their refusal on the grounds that I had owned the phone for more than 7 days, in disregard of the one year warranty. HonorBuy is Hong Kong based, so beyond the reach of the usual consumer protections.
Two morals: (1) HonorBuy is neither trustworthy nor capable of competent customer service; and (2) think twice before buying any phone of Chinese manufacturer unless it is on official release in your home country or you are certain that it comes with the original ROM installed.
Update 19/6/17: Honorbuy responded to my posting with an offer to reflash my phone to the official Global ROM. I took them up on the offer and they have done as they promised. The matter was handled promptly with Honorbuy paying the shipping costs both ways.The phone returned yesterday and immediately updated itself 'over the air' to the current ROM version. The unofficial ROM installed on the phone as sold could not have achieved this. I am now pleased with the phone and with Honorbuy's response to my posting. I only wish it had not taken a year for my objection to be satisfied.

Customer service over Skype messenger was excellent.
But login and email password recovery didn't work so I was left not knowing if my order was being processed. Emails to Honorbuy were not returned and I didn't get a single email from them. Buying from China is scary and Honorbuy made it worse through poor email service and glitchy website.
Long service but okay
I had a problem with a microphone in my phone, so I contacted to them. It was 12 days after I received a phone because it was a Christmas time and firstly I thought that it was a disposable difficulty. They tried to solve a problem by the internet, but it didn't help. I sent them a phone and they said that it was okay and sent me it back.The problem was still there. I paid again for delivery and they said that a phone has an issue which I was talking about. They offered me to exchange it for another (not new). After a conversation, they decided to exchange the phone for completely new. I am satisfied though contact with them takes a long time.

Speedy preorder cancellation
Hello! I just want to praise the prompt customer support at Honorbuy! I've preordered new Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Global Edition and had to cancel it for some personal reasons. No probs at all. Just wrote an email to the support for after-sales service, they've replied the next morning (due to timezone differences) and issued me a refund on my paypal with no delays and excuses! Perfect. Next time i decide to place an order I will surely do it with them again and hopefully won't back off ;)

The buying experience i had with honorbuy was great. In 4 working day's it arrived at home! And i live in a remote area. I bought two phones in different ordes and allways the same fast delivery and everything was ok with the equipment.
