Yes, my order came from China. BUT, I don't even mind. It obviously took a bit longer than the 2-day delivery we are used to but I was kept updated on the shipping status every step of the way. Email responses were very professional and caring. I can honestly 10/10 recommend ordering from this company.

I loved how quickly my order arrived, correspondence was great informing me of where it was all the time, I was just a bit disappointed that the sizes were not true to size, I ordered a 2x large thinking it would be nice and roomy, this was not the case,it was more like a large which wasn’t anywhere big enough.

My bag from Hoodies for Heroes never arrived
I purchased a bag from Hoodies for Heroes because I wanted to support a company that promotes mental health. Sadly, my experience was extremely disappointing.
My parcel was marked as delivered, but I never received it. After repeatedly requesting proof of delivery, the company finally sent me the courier's delivery photo—and it clearly showed the parcel had been delivered somewhere that was not my building.
I provided photos of my building and my location and asked them to investigate with their courier. For several weeks they said they were looking into it, but once I sent evidence that the parcel had been delivered to the wrong location, they stopped responding.
I eventually had to open a PayPal dispute and received a refund for non-delivery. I was then surprised to learn the company had apparently told PayPal the item had been delivered.
Mistakes happen, and I understand parcels can occasionally be delivered incorrectly. What disappointed me was the lack of customer service and the unwillingness to resolve the issue once clear evidence had been provided.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Long wait, dreadful quality, extortionate retunr fee!
Ordered as thought it was a reputable company with honourable support for heroes! My mistake! They quality or should I say lack of is diabolical. If I wanted a cheap sweatshirt I would have gone to Shein or Temu! At least I would no what to expect. The material is shiny and cheap, letters barely stuck! Don't even talk about extortionate returns costs! Mines gone in the bin, Buyer beware

Also inadvertently seems I have joined a monthly£7.99 Heroes Club! This I am trying to cancel through both company and PayPal.
