I wanted to rent a house, they gave me an offer, I accepted and waited for the next steps, then 1 week later they just simply refused it, because "they want to rent it only for companies". Now I have only one week to find a house where I could move, they don't even help me to offer another house to rent... Really bad experience. 0 responsibility.
Being an expat I expected the process to be very difficult, but Hopmans helped me very nicely. From Mitzy presenting the property very professionally and answering all my questions to Martijn handing over the keys making the process effortless and making sure everything is perfect. It was all round a pleasant experience with Hopmans.
