Tread carefully.
Update of this review following a subsequent purchase. Their banner headline of guaranteed no quibble returns is not true and willfully misleading. I'd recommend avoiding a company prepared to mislead in this way, or at very least be aware of the small print and ignore the bigger boasts.
A stockist of wide range Bosch ebike accessories. Quick delivery and despatch of a part that my local ebike dealer would have had to order in.
Update re reply - You have a large banner saying 'no quibble' on the product page, then you reply that small print means you're not quibbling. What a joke! Make the banner clear that t&c's apply to no quibble, and I'll remove this review. In the meantime just accept that you're misleading people. Subject to terms of course!

Thanks for updating your review regarding our "no quibble guarantee". No quibble means that customers can return items within 30 days without having to provide an explanation. The goods must be new and unused and in a re-saleable condition. No quibble doesn’t mean that customers can return the items for any reason they choose. So it doesn't allow customers to break the seal on boxes, fit components and then return them - in this case the goods are then not new, unused and re-sellable. Our full terms and conditions are stated on the website and on the particular item you purchased we also added extra details so that as much information as possible could be provided to you before purchasing the item.

Great service and communication. Questions answered promptly. I asked for a different colour after I’d placed the order and told it was as no problem. Bike turned up in the allocated time.
