Really good service received. I was having issues winding my watch so I sent it in under warranty. They sent a prepaid envelope, kept me updated over emails and sent me back my watch securely and safely. They also sent follow up emails to make sure all was well after a few weeks.
Overall I have to say a really good experience and I would definitely recommend using them.

I have a Botta watch, bought direct from Germany. Botta, according to their website, recommend Horologium for battery replacement in the UK. I want to make sure that my watch is looked after properly so I approached Horologium and enquired as to what I should do. They were excellent and explained to me that the cost of sending the watch to them was much more than the cost of battery replacement and also said that they couldn't say that a decent jeweller more locally couldn't do the job just as well. I really valued their honesty as they could have tried to take advantage of my concern for my watch. Instead, they acted in my best interests with the advice they gave. Thank you!

He have contacted Studio Underd0g who managed to give him your contact to fix quickly the situation. Horologium fixed a brand new watch for me at the instruction of the manufacturer, they did an excellent job, the communications were great and they were very helpful in delivering the watch back to me at on a convenient date.

Alvin was extremely helpful and went out of his way to explain their processes, costings and also responded promptly to emails. Regrettably they could not undertake my pocket watch repair, but gave me good.insight and detailed explanation
