Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. I received my order well before the expected delivery date. Then an issue with a faulty 2 way adapter where Hoselink accepted responsibility and replaced the item without question and again in a very timely manner. Customer service was first class and overall an excellent product.

After years of buying cheap quality equipment, I have now bought everything I need through Hoselink. Hoselink produces excellent products, I can water my whole yard precisely without wasting water on paths or over the fence. I am so happy with my purchases, I play with them every day. I was informed of the progress of the hoselink through the mail system and when it arrived it was very easy to install just requiring a 12mm masonry bit to attach it to the brick wall. The hoselink works well and the return feed mechanism when watering is finished is great.

We are delighted with our new hoselink. It appears to be a very well made product, installation was simple and only took approx 10 minutes. Certainly easier to roll up than winding up on our old frame. Would have no hestitation in recommending Hoselink products to family and friends.

I am a return customer to Hoselink, over the years I have purchased several Hoselink hoses and packages for myself and family members, I can't recommend the service from Hoselink highly enough they are A1, delivery is always prompt.
