Many servers are only available for preorder, so you have to wait and catch them when they become available. I did leave a preorder request on the website and was notified when a suitable server was in stock, but overall availability could be better.

The service was okay overall, but provisioning took longer than I expected. Support eventually helped, but I had to follow up twice. The control panel isn’t the most intuitive either.

Ordered and paid for NL stock servers 02.05.25 17:58. On the website it is written “ETA: the next business day” in the conditions and support answers that up to 3 days are needed for the installation of the server. The fourth day is coming to an end, support says that the specialists are working tirelessly to activate the server, when it will be ready nobody knows. I give 1 star, because the information stated on the website and provided by technical support does not correspond to reality.

While most custom and stock servers are delivered within the timeframes indicated on our website, including the “next business day” estimate, delays can occasionally occur. Before handing over any server, our team conducts a thorough testing process to ensure hardware stability and performance. In some cases, this process reveals issues requiring component replacement, especially when there's increased demand and limited inventory due to ongoing hardware shortages in the market.
These situations are rare, but they can extend the provisioning time. We do our best to minimize such cases and communicate transparently throughout the process.
