Worst support I have ever seen. They told me to buy a license key for Windows Server, then told me to wait three days to activate it since their work time starts on Monday. After I waited, they said this plan is only for companies. This was after I had already paid for the key to activate it. This is a joke.

Also, in their TOS, “refund” means balance. Why would I want balance? To come back and pay for more keys? Biggest joke I have ever seen. Time and money wasted for nothing. Thank you.

I purchased an instant server for web hosting. After paying for it, the server installation process started. After more than an hour, the server still showed as being "installed," so I decided to open a ticket to resolve the issue. The site chat wasn't working, and the site was very difficult to use. When I opened the site in incognito mode, support chat worked. They told me there was a problem with the server and that it would be fixed within 30 minutes. Two hours later, the server still showed as being "installed." Unfortunately, I wasn't able to test the server and can't comment on its performance. I only know that I cancelled the order and am waiting for a refund. You should improve the infrastructure, support, and overall site experience. I just wasted my time. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

I use 5090 gpu server for training ai models. Very fast, very good. No problems with performance, all is stable. Much more better than my setup before. Really recommend.

I’ve been renting several dedicated servers with 5080 GPU cards for AI workloads for the past few months, hosted in the datacenter in France. Everything has been running flawlessly. Performance is stable and exactly as advertised.

I recently rented a dedicated GPU server (NVIDIA RTX A5000) from Hostkey. My experience has been a complete technical nightmare, rendering the server unusable for its intended purpose and causing 4 days of significant frustration and lost work.

Despite multiple OS re-installations (Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 LTS), applying all suggested network optimizations, and extensive troubleshooting, the server suffered from severe and persistent network connectivity issues. Downloads from major public repositories (PyPI, GitHub, Microsoft) consistently failed with timeouts or hung indefinitely. mtr diagnostics clearly showed massive packet loss (up to 96%) and complete routing stalls within Hostkey's upstream network (Zayo backbone), proving the problem was entirely on their end, not my configuration.

To add to this unacceptable service, Hostkey fully charged me for this dysfunctional server despite it being unusable due to their network problems, and despite clear evidence provided. Their support system was also intermittently unavailable.

This provider delivered a server that was fundamentally unfit for purpose due to critical infrastructure failures. Their refusal to acknowledge the issue and provide a full refund for an unusable service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Hostkey if reliable network connectivity is crucial for your operations.

VPS with AMD Ryzen delivers strong performance and cost effective. Support helpful, though sometimes a bit slow. Overall, a solid performance - 4 out of 5,
