This is the best service and hot tub hire in the area. Excellent customer service from booking over the phone to drop off set up and pick up. The owners are so friendly and no job is to big for them and everything is done with a smile. The hot tub was amazing and worked with no issues it was fab for my daughters birthday. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family and would not hesitate to hire from the again. Thankyou so much I will be in touch soon for another x

Mark and Sarah are so helpful, from discussing all of my pre-hire queries over the phone in the evening to the drop off and handover and making sure I was completely comfortable with all the controls. I can highly recommend. We hired for my daughters 5th birthday to have a few friends around and a little hot tub party. They all loved it and we enjoyed it too after the kids were bed. A great hot tub and great service. Thanks, will definitely use again in the near future

Outstanding service. Hired a tub for my husbands birthday weekend. We live in a 3 story house with garden on 2nd floor. They came to check it would be possible to access garden due to narrow stairs. No problems at all. Very friendly service all round. They even said we could text during the weekend with photos of ph indicators if we had any questions. I’ve recommended to a friend who is hiring a tub for her daughters birthday.

I would definitely use 1tub2u again for hot tub hire. Very good quality tub. Made every effort to make sure we had a great experience. We had concerns about stormy weather and they were immediately available by phone even on a bank holiday for advice. I would definitely recommend this company!
