Don’t be fooled by the store. The manager is rude. Cheap rubbish job and ripping off the prices. A week ago I left the iPhone for back screen repair but when I collected the cable charger was broken and that has nothing to do with phone battery, also the App Store mysteriously disappeared from the home screen. I asked for compensation also I asked few more stores about the same issue and all answers me that nothing to do with the battery everyone was saying that the House of computer damaged your iPhone. They didn’t offer any compensation, didn’t even listen my concerns as a customer didn’t let me talk or explain also also was shouting on me repeatedly said to replace the battery but with extra charge cost on top of everything was already damaged.
After this experience I don’t trust to leave my iPhone with the House of Computers and
I Would not want to deal with this individual again. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

I went to House of Computers to get some advice for building my very first gaming PC and I cannot emphasise enough how happy I am that I found them! Their customer service is incredible, one of their team members Haris helped me every step of the way and gave me loads of time, advice and attention to make sure my device would have everything I wanted at the best price, whilst also advising me on the best tech in the industry and how to properly maintain my machine. He was amazingly attentive and clearly highly experienced, and putting my trust in his expert knowledge of computers paid off massively as he and his team were able to build my an absolutely fantastic PC that I could not be more happy with (at a great price too!) If you want a streamlined, highly professional and personalised gaming PC experience, I strongly recommend this business based off my own personal experience.

I bought a desktop computer at House of Computers. They were incredibly kind spending lots of time helping me to set it up and to transfer data to it from my old computer. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service, impeccable and kind.

I had an issue with my pc where it wouldn't post or boot up. The gentleman in the store were absolutely patient, explained clearly the issue and helped out fully in getting the pc back.

They by all accounts are the absolute best PC shop you can ever come across. If any time you need anything repaired or any parts bought this is the best store you can go to.

Absolutely I will be continuing coming to their store for future pc projects and recommending to anyone.

I bought gaming pc eclipse from them . I love it, the specs are amazing and run every game smoothly . they provided support if I have any issue with the pc. thumbs up . will buy gaming monitor soon

I want to add my positive review of House of Computers.
I ordered a PSU online but when I paid it changed the delivery option to Collect from the store. I House of Computers and was told that the PSU was actually out of stock. I was of course disappointed, but they came back a bit later to say they had got the PSU and were able to deliver it once I paid the delivery charge (which I was happy to do). I was worried that they were not serious but I got the PSU via post without any problem.
Excellent communication, answered emails even very late in the night (11pm).

Over the past few days I've been back and forth to this shop. I first purchased a motherboard, cpu and ram. Got all the kit home to find that my build wasn't powering on. I first thought it was the motherboard as it was lighting up, but when pressing the power button, nothing would happen. I took my purchases back to this store and as previously experienced, the guys were extremely helpful. The motherboard came on straight away when they tested it. Came back home to do more testing to find that it still wasn't switching on. Purchased a new psu from here as I had an feeling that this was the cause. Was.so deflated from all of the effort I put into the build, but the guys at House of Computers are so lovely and helpful. Got home and plugged in the new psu and finally "a presto" we have a post. Thanks again the guys at House of Computers. I will be shopping with you guys from now on.

This is the best computer place that I have visited. The staff were extremely friendly, understanding and helpful. At first I didn't expect to actually buy anything, however their products are amazing, I bought a laptop which is perfect for my university course starting in October. It will help me a lot given it's perfect quality.

They built an amazing, powerful machine for me at a reasonable price compared to other places, and their staff is very friendly.

I recently purchased a white Custom PC Desktop from their store, and the entire experience was exceptionally smooth. From browsing to checkout, everything went seamlessly, and I'm thrilled with how well my PC is performing. This is the second time I've been saved by House of Computers. They are very straight forward, tell you like it is and then sort you out. First my computer screen smashed, and it was brand new, no fuss, good price... sorted. This time my trusted phone not charging, simple fix saved me from having to buy another phone.
I will always come here, really feel safe in their hands.

House of Computers are excellent! I highly recommend them. They helped me enormously with a software issue today - taking the time to methodically go through everything with me. I was there for hours and honestly I cannot thank them enough! computer glitches are stressful especially when you're not very tech minded but HOC totally sorted everything and were very patient and friendly. The products in the shop are top notch and I have now bought 3 second hand mac laptops here over the years. They are excellent and this is the only place I now go for my tech, computer and camera needs. Thank you guys I am very grateful for your assistance and dedication. Nicola White
