Amazing range of plant pots and service!

I have ordered a few times from House of Isabella. The delivery tracking system works (!). One time a pot was broken, it was replaced immediately, without question. They have a great system for notifying breakages etc just upload photos. The response was polite, helpful and efficient.

Lovely item but…

The item was exactly as described. Communication via web chat was very quick and helpful.
Delivery was in good time. Although, the packaging was disgraceful. The box was crushed, the tape was coming off and the box was partially open.
I’m just glad the product was not damaged.

Great experience and fantastic faux flowers

Great company and wow what fabulous faux flowers… they look real! Pleasant experience from beginning to end, ease of purchase, fast delivery, packed well and display amazingly. Will definitely use this company again.

Jenny B demonstrated great customer…

Jenny B demonstrated great customer service. This was demonstrated through availability in communication and responsiveness.
Jenny was great with assisting me in finding the right product for our home .
Jenny showed great patience and willingness to answer a multitude of questions regarding House of Isabella online products .
She happily replied to our questions that regarding product comparison that primarily centred around specific suitability to our home styling and dimension requirements. Jenny B persevered until the optimal product was selected and purchased.
The end result was a successful House of Isabella furniture purchase that best suits our home specifications , but also within our budget.
Very grateful .

OMG I love this place

OMG I love this place! I bought a stunning lamp here not too long ago and now I have a beautiful side table for it to sit on in my lounge. It was out of stock when I went to buy it and I chatted through the live chat to check when it would be back and I was contacted the next day advising the WALKER SIDE TABLE – LARGE GOLD was available! So stoked! Highly recommend House of Isabella, I’ll definitely be back!
