Jeff was concise with his explanations. He was highly kind and informative. He just seemed to truly care about answering my questions. I want to thank Geoff LeGallais ( Jeff ), for his quick respond to all of my questions and friendlyness, even when it took me this long to decide on which floor plan I wanted to purchase and what modifications I wanted to make, he was helpful and patient, always undertanding that this is a big desission.

Filter system made it easy to dial in what my wife and I bought.
Great selection of floor plans and was happy with the pricing.
Wish they gave a better selection on what you get with the plans but happy none the less.
