Have you noticed that Customer Service is often lacking these days? I quit the largest Pet Sitting website for lack of customer service. Well! Lamia at HouseSit Match leads with Customer Service. She answers questions promptly, gets to know her customers, truly cares about the animals and people who are connected to her site. Excellent service, experience and cost. I have always found that Lamia goes out of her way to help her clients, whether home owners or house sitters. She almost always answers queries immediately, if not, then they are answered within a very short space of time. Not only are any suggestions are seriously considered and very frequently acted upon, she goes out of her way to solicit ideas for improvement to the site and the service.

Very well lead company by it's founder Lamia Walker. She is extremely empathetic, seemingly available 24/7, knowledgeable and determined to help, which can be complicated logistically speaking in the house and pet sitting domain. Nothing is too much trouble, resulting in a great deal of confidence being inspired in the calibre of the sitters and the services of her company. Bottom line is, Lamia provides you with peace of mind, priceless in today's society. Can't recommend the company or it's boss highly enough.

Once again we had a lovely lady who looked after our animals, in fact spoilt them more then we do. We had updates and photos of the animals, which meant we were able to relax on our holiday knowing everything was fine a home.

HouseSitMatch couldn't be easier to use and although I signed up 2 years ago and have scrolled through the various listings with interest since, I had yet the opportunity to apply for any of the house sits.That is until this Christmas/New Year period. I decided to apply for a house sit inland from Alicante earlier in the year as an alternative to the traditional festive period here in the UK. It couldn't have worked out better; a first on both sides, they as homeowners and my family and I house sitting. The large villa (with a pool) was in a beautiful valley surrounded by small villages. The two lovely dogs, a Labradoodle and a Spaniel, were great company especially on the many walks exploring the area. We spent a little time with the owners before they left on their trip back to the UK, they were so friendly and welcoming and it was interesting hearing about their lives and interests.

HouseSitMatch makes communication between the two parties very easy and there is a feeling of trust thanks to the professionalism of its administration. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone interested in house sitting or listing their house for the same.

House sit needs to prepare hosts better. There should be a typewritten authorization
For the house sitter to stay there plus a list of contacts such as Veterinarian, house cleaner, shops car rental medical
Roger and rain have been absolutely fantastic at supplying these via what’s Ap, but it means I am constantly bothering him which I don’t like doing.
Otherwise housesit has been very accessible to address issues and I will supply. a review at end of stay

the site can be more friendly to use. For me it is quiet difficult to go true and see what I want to see. It would be better if you could read a message directly, so without logging in on the site.
