Bought a hummer hoverboard for my son birthday outer box damaged inner box was damaged it looked like a return item would have liked a replacement from company but only had 1 email from them asking to take pictures of box not had anything back from them will not recommend this company. Always check reviews on company's now Mr Rawson

No response to voicemail messages, emails, only Facebook chat that went round in circles with them paying no attention to what was being said.
Was very confused to hear this morning that Hoverboardpro is a different company from Hoverboard-pro (with a hyphen). I accidentally phoned the other company (at least someone answered) and it came to light that I was phoning the wrong one. It was very confusing. They told me the latter has a legal case against the former for stealing their name. Not sure of the truth of it all but do your research before buying.
The hoverboard I bought went completely out of control and injured my foot. Luckily my grandson wasn’t injured but it was a close thing. Only purchased in May this year. Just trying to get a resolution but this company is being really awkward. Take you round and round in circles and paid no attention to what was being said in a Facebook chat. Never again. I know I’m not the only one with issues but since I paid with PayPal I might have protection against this company. Will be interesting to see if they respond to my emails. Not sure if they even monitor the only account I could find. It really isn’t good and takes up so much time.

Whatever you do DO NOT buy from this company they are scammers the scooter I bought was not as advertised on the box it wasn't even a British version the REAL!!! Hoverboard-pro has a hyphen as show in this message I also called the REAL!!! company and straight away they confirmed this company isn't legit please avoid these scam artists

Ok hoverboard but wouldn’t order from this company again promised delivery made me pay £7 extra then said they sent out for Saturday delivery when they didn’t. Then ignored my messages after that. So ruined the birthday present.

We bought the hoover cart for our grandson and he is enjoying using it. The only problem was delivery it didn't arrive on the day arranged it arrived the day after.

Shocking company. Stay clear and do not order.
I never received my order asked for a refund as they kept saying would be delivered next day never was. Lie after lie saying they contacted the delivery company but yet when I reached out to them they had herd nothing from hoverboardpro. Absolutely shocking still waiting for my money back now after over 2 weeks. This is not how a company should treat a customer especially when I was patient at first considering my son never got to open this on his birthday but after them constantly lieing and still not having it sorted is a joke. Still am currently waiting which I think personally is appalling.

the worst customer service ever - i have tried on several occasions to return the batter as it was not the correct one - managed to speak to someone once and get an email address - sent an email no reply and cant get through on the phone. i have a very unhappy 8 year old!

Do not buy from this company. Hoverboard stopped working, they said they were going to provide details of how to return under warranty and they are just ignoring messages. Will be taking them to small claims court next.

Really poor customer service, the board was not working when we received it, the company were hard to communicate with, accused me of lying about the fault (was not charging). Most companies would send a brand new replacement, not this one. We did get another working board eventually but clearly not brand new as it came back in the same packing it got sent in. would not recommend and would go elsewhere next time

Fast and prompt delivery. Hoverboard with gokart attachment came separately, could come same day though, was only 1 day difference. The hoverboard and ground bit too close to each other, could be the tire either bigger design, or the hoverboard slightly thinner. Runs ok so far! My 6 years old got used to it fast and riding with confidence. Only downside of it is written above and he is not that aware of the risks yet. Can scrub bottom of hoverboard easily, or handlebars goes down all the way to ground, which isnt great either. Could be a safety bar under leg to block this, and not to happen.
