bought win10 in 2022 and win 11 in 2026. get retail. Retail keys are meant to be tied to your Microsoft account and reusable — you can deactivate on one PC and move it to another. useful for parallels on mac when you want to start fresh.

Took my money but immediately suspended order and said I have to contact customer support. This is all while they still took my money. I’ve always hated this site but thought since it’s been a while they might have improved but they somehow got worse. Avoid this pay site at ALL COSTS.

I bought a key on your site, didn't receive it, and no one from support is replying to my messages. This is extremely frustrating. I am left without my game, without my money, and likely facing days with my funds held by the bank. If you cannot provide my key right now, I demand an immediate refund without further delay.

The Windows code they sold didn't work. It said that the code was already used. After 3 days of troubleshooting with support, they issued a refund.

I still haven't received a refund for my purchase; it’s been a month since I bought it, and the key was region-locked. The last time I contacted support, I was asked to check with Steam for the activation date and time, as they claimed the key had already been activated. I sent a screenshot of the reply from Steam support, as well as a video I recorded the exact moment I received the key and tried to activate it, showing the region error. HRK Games support gave me the same answer they gave weeks ago—that they would contact the publisher. What else do I have to do to get my refund? I’ve already provided everything support asked for: a video proving I couldn't redeem the key and the response from Steam support. I just want my refund, which I am entitled to. I previously mentioned that I would contact my card issuer to request a chargeback, but I haven't done so yet because I’m trusting you to do the right thing and issue the refund. Ticket #640048

Received a defekt Key and the support won't answer to my messages. I cooperated with them and gave them the information they needed, but now after I gave them the informations i am left in the dark and dont get anything. So yeah, awful support. Would not recommend this site to anyone

I was buying a gift card code on this website since it had a good sale. I should've taken it as a warning sign when my credit card company declined the transaction 5 times before it went through. At first there was a unpaid status on one of the attempts I made. Tried contacting the live support but they didn't respond after even 1 hour of waiting. Deleted my account and then made a new one to try again (had to delete the account since there is a $100 dollar gift card spending limit per day). Finally got my credit card to approve the purchase and then after the purchase they held my gift card hostage as they asked for "Verification." Had to send in a SELFIE with my ID, CREDIT CARD (only last 4 digits and security code visible), and a NOTE stating the website name and date. They all had to be visible and READABLE in one photo. This felt incredibly weird and invasive as they didn't say anything about this before the purchase and were effectively holding my code hostage until they deemed me real for buying myself a gift card. Afterwards, I had to send them 2 verification selfies since their "Risk Department" deemed my first one not good enough. So much for their instant delivery claim. Based on my experience using multiple key websites, I would heavily avoid this one. Horrible customer service (they don't reply in the live chat or emails), not instant delivery and will hold your keys hostage while you wait slowly to verify to them that you're real.
