Jawad Mahmood and his team were amazing. There was great communication throughout and Jawad was professional and kind. On the day of exchange he stayed late to help us get everything through for my mother’s purchase which was above and beyond the call of duty. As she has dementia he had to liaise with three attorneys for the LPA which made it a complicated case. His assistance was greatly appreciated at a very challenging time for us. It was our first experience of using an online solicitor for the purchase of a property. HS Legal Solicitors handled all the conveyancing in a speedy and professional manner. Good price and good service is good enough for us. The only niggle we had was that they didn't update the portal after each stage. Orher than that they were very good. We would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

This law practice which have a speciality of conveyancing are reasonably priced and really know their stuff. They are of course professionaly qualified but they also conduct themselves professionally. Everything from courtesy in communication to efficiency and logic in steps through the conveyancing process.

I have been very impressed with the service I received from HSlegal and Jawad Mahmood in particular. He was patient and informative throughout a lengthy apartment sale. I chose the firm because I needed a mostly online system of conveyancing as I lived away, but I was pleased with the individual approach and personal emails answering my queries and keeping me informed. All signings are via docusign which made things straightforward.

Was apprehensive at first to use an online solicitor, had previously used locally based known and established conveyancers, but this firm turned out to be the best I’ve ever used. The whole process was efficiently organised with regular updates. All queries were dealt with within the hour or early the following working day. So i didn’t really hear from Jawad and his team, everything was done online and was easy. About 4-5 weeks from engaging to completing my sale. So no complaints as all went fast and well. When I finally buy a house again I plan on looking Jawad up again. No better recommend than that.
