Sam was very knowledgeable about what I needed in a chair to make me comfortable, it was nice to find that I didn’t have to pay vat as a blue badge holder. Sam made it very easy to decide the chair and fabric and I can’t wait to sit in my new chair.

My wife and I visited HSL at Lichfield on two occasions in the last week where we were 'looked after' by Carol.
She was excellent and a great ambassador for HSL. Nothing was too much trouble and she assisted us in every way in making our decision to purchase two new riser recliners to replace our somewhat ageing existing chairs

Went into HSL Lichfield to look for a two-seater sofa late on a Sunday afternoon and the staff there, Sam and Brad, couldn't have been more helpful. We got what we wanted, comfortable, stylish and made in Britain. They both helped us to buy what was right for us rather than selling us something. Thanks so much.

Good service in store and Alex and Jed delivered our new chair, speedily and explained everything to us.

Samantha and Carol were very helpful, friendly and knowledgable . They took their time with us and weren’t at all pushy. They were professional and both are a credit to HSL. We felt comfortable in making our decision. Thank you and we really appreciated your assistance ( the coffee was lovely too!)

Ian and Paul called to say they would be with us within 20mins and arrived on time. Delivery and set up of the chair was swift and efficient and both men were friendly and polite. Great service!

My settee was delivered by Ian & Paul who were very polite and efficient. The settee is so comfortable that I fell asleep reading my book!!!

Carol at the Lichfield branch provided very detailed information on all of the suites, but we never imagined how many questions she would ask us to ensure we got the comfort we required. Carol was so knowledgeable and we spent at least two hours with her trying out different suites (also enjoying the tea and biscuits provided!!). We finally decided on two recliner chairs and a three seater sofa in the Ripley range.
The suite was ordered on the 12th October, with a delivery time of 6 - 8 weeks. Having paid the balance 3 weeks after ordering we received a phone call on the 5th November asking if the 12th November was convenient to deliver the suite between 8.30am and 12 noon (this was only just over 4 weeks since ordering!). Today I received a phone call to say HSL were on their way and they arrived promptly at 8.30am. Alex and Tom were considerate in coming into our property (typical, it was raining) and the suite was assembled and placed in position. I cannot begin to say how pleased we are with the whole process, your staff are a credit to HSL! Well done.

Great experience in Lichfield store with Carol. Made sure we got exactly the right chair for dad.
Delivery was quicker than we expected and Ian and Paul were terrific - gave us call to say when arriving, positioned chair and demonstrated the controls and took all packing away. Perfect.

Visited the Lichfield showroom on Saturday and was greeted by Nick Price. His customer service skills were excellent and helped my husband and I in our choice of chairs to ensure suitability for our needs.

We were made very welcome in the Lichfield store where my parents needs were taken into consideration and we were given plenty of time to make our decision.
5 days later the riser/recline chairs arrived with the delivery guys Lee R and Carl F who were superb, extremely efficient, knowledgeable about the product, and Lee taught my parents to use the controls.
Couldn’t have wished for better.

Excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and showed us different chairs and different sizes, there was no pressure to purchase. I was very impressed with their knowledge. I would definitely recommend them.

Shop in Lichfield and the staff there are lovely people. You have all the time in the world to choose the furniture that is perfect for you. Tea coffee biscuits always on hand. The leather stressless chairs that we had are amazing quality and a perfect fit for our room. Delivery was brilliant text day before with time on the day called about 30 Minutes before to say on their way. Delivered with care and explained how they worked. I would definitely recommend HSL for your furniture needs as the quality is excellent.

Craig and Danny delivered my new HSL Riser Recliner this morning to our upstairs bedroom. They took great care of our property and interior decoration. They called to say when they were arriving, were extremely polite and courteous. No one could be better at delivering and installing your new furniture. The staff at HSL Lichfield also took much care in helping us select and order the items we needed, especially to Sheila who looked after us.

We were very impressed by the time and attention that we received from staff at the Lichfield store. Carol made sure that we had the information and support that we needed to make the right choice.
The delivery team, Ian and Paul made sure that the chairs were placed where we wanted them and that we understood the controls. They also went to a great deal of effort to move our existing sofa into the garage, as arranged.

From day one when my wife and myself visited your showroom in Litchfield and were shown pleasant helpful assistance without being overpowering we have been more than satisfied. When we made the order for our Italian made two seater settee we were advised that it could take 14-15 weeks until we received it, in actual fact it arrived almost three weeks early which was wonderful. Then we were contacted by phone and advised that we would be given a time slot the day before and then on the delivery day the driver would contact us again with a more precise delivery time which is exactly what happened. The driver and his colleague removed all the packaging outside and then very carefully carried the sections of the settee into the house and set it up and allowed us to test the working of the settee before he left. We can say that the item of furniture we have received is a beautiful piece of furniture and is extremely comfortable. The delivery men were two very pleasant and friendly people and I would like to say that they and your sales staff at Lichfield reflect extremely well on your company as a whole. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you to anyone. Thank you so much for everything
