The staff were welcoming and helpful whilst in store. I was able to take home some larger samples to decide on colour and kept me up to date on the progress with the sofa.

We were treated with courtesy, tried all size's of chair, weren't rushed in any way.it was a nice experiance as shops these days very often aren't. A big Thank You to all the staff and manager for making us feel welcome no pressure.

Placed a review when we ordered our furniture - excellent service. Our furniture was delivered yesterday. We had received an email to advise us of the time slot and then a phone call when delivery was within half a hour. Such care was taken and we are delighted with our purchase. We would strongly recommend HSL for their help, advice and service.

We visited the Nottingham Branch of HSL today to purchase two stressless recliners and what a lovely shopping experience we had. We were looked after by Andrea, who guided us through the steps required and we were even treated to coffee and biscuits. We could not fault the sales staff for their friendliness and expertise and we are now looking forward to receiving our chairs in due course. 10 out of 10 all round!

The whole experience from staff was extremely and helpful from start to finish. We are very happy with our sofa and chairs, they meet all our needs and then some. Thank u to all involved.

Went with my mum to look at furniture. Was met by David who was helpful, polite and very efficient. He talked my mum through the process, made sure she was happy with the style and fit before any purchase. Cannot recommend highly enough.

From Sue, the lady I dealt with at the Nottingham branch of HSL to the staff I spoke to at HSL head office to arrange delivery etc, to Danny and Stephen who delivered my sofas the service has been excellent. All the people I spoke to were courteous, informative and very friendly. I would absolutely recommend HSL anyone looking for new furniture.

Very accommodating staff and extremely knowledgeable. Took their time explaining as husband is profoundly deaf and uses British Sign Language so everything had to be explained visually and slowly by wife (me!). I had previously been to the store to advise a friend who was severely sighted and profoundly deaf about new chairs so already knew the basics of what I needed to know

Excellent delivery by Paul & Elliot.

I arrived at the Nottingham showroom not really sure what I wanted. A chair, of course, comfortable and supportive, but otherwise no real idea exactly what to look for. Gillian warmly greeted me and listened carefully to what I thought I wanted. The next hour or so saw me trying all sorts of chairs, having everything clearly and patiently explained. I wasn’t rushed. I enjoyed a lovely cup of tea whilst I tested another of the chairs. Eventually, I ordered a future proofed riser chair in a beautiful green fabric. I say future proofed as some of the features I do not need now but may well do in the future. Thank you Gillian. Today my chair arrived. It was delivered efficiently and carefully by Paul and Elliot. Paul talked me through the controls and general workings of the chair in a pleasant friendly way and answered my questions. Thank you Paul and Elliot. A good experience all round.

The delivery team of Craig and Danny was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable and carried out their job with attention to detail. Service was swift and reliable and we were updated of time of arrival. Thank you.

Excellent service. Bringing the chairs to my father’s home was fantastic. Great product, my father is so pleased with his fireside chair. Delivery guys were helpful and efficient. All in all a very good experience.

Lovely kind service from the team at the Nottingham branch. They made sure Dad had the correct chair for his needs. We chose one with Express Delivery (3-5 days) as he needed it fairly quickly.
On the day of delivery we received a phone call to say they were on their way. Craig and Danny were fabulous, set everything up and explained everything to Dad. Really great service from start to finish, well done and thank you HSL.

We went into our nearest shop after receiving the brochure. The shop staff were welcoming and very knowledgeable about the products and talked us through our choices and options. They also gave us time and space, so we never felt pressured. I was pleased how positively the shop responded when I phoned a few days later to ask that a swatch be sent to us. They were keen to help without being pushy.
Ordering the furniture was straightforward and clearly explained.
We are now waiting on delivery so unable to review further.

Carl and Lee arrived at time stated. They were friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease immediately. They were respectful of me and my property. They are a credit to HSL.
I have had HSL furniture for years. It is comfortable and reliable. I highly recommend.
