From the moment we walked into shop, the two ladies couldn't have been any more helpful they were so kind to my mum, really took the time to help her get the right chair for her. Not pushing a sale , made us a cup of tea, we ordered the chair just waiting for it to arrive, highly recommend HSL

Arrived early which suited us well. Paul and Thomas were very polite and friendly and were very efficient in bringing in the new chairs & sofa and putting them together. They ensured the chairs and sofa were in the correct place in our living room.
They demonstrated the use of the hand control and ensured we were happy with the chairs & sofa before they left. They also advised who to contact if there were any problems.

Patricia was relaxed, informative and made the buying experience enjoyable. She really listened to what we wanted and enabled us to make a good decision

Having had such friendly, knowledgeable service when looking for a bed for an elderly relative we went back when looking for 2 Stressless chairs. Having visited other local furniture stores we came back to HSL Shrewsbury because of our past experience. We were greeted by Tracey who impressed us with her knowledge of all of the range available, size, design, bases and the difference between the 4 grades of leather available. Excellent customer service from Tracey, both during our visit in store and in follow up communications. Found the perfect fireside chairs and footstools. Incredibly comfortable and look fabulous too.

They were patient and allowed time for my husband to try the different chairs several times.

Fantastic service all round. We were able to buy from here because dogs are allowed in the store - we wouldn't have been able to visit otherwise. We were treated with respect and attention, and there was no pressure to buy despite the several hours given to us over two visits. Refreshments and a toilet available is also a key part of the experience. Tracey is an incredible person and a real credit to the store, I would gladly buy from her again. The communication ahead of delivery was spot on. Delivery team Gordon and Shane were also very lovely people and their installation of the sofa was impressively quick!
We've had the sofa a couple of months now and it was worth every penny. Posture related headaches have improved and my chronic back condition feels much better supported.

Really enjoyed my experience at HSL Shrewsbury. I was greeted at the door by Tracey who made me a very welcome coffee and biscuits. I browsed a catalogue and Tracey showed me the settee that would be most suitable for my requirements. She didn't push me or rush me(I would have walked away if she had!)

We purchased two riser recliners chairs we were so pleased that we went back and purchased a three seater reclining sofa and two adjustable beds very pleased with the service and quality of the products. The staff did everything they could to make the selection of these items as easy as possible.

A very pleasant experience in the Shrewsbury store this morning with Tracey and Jodie. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. We came in to look at beds and Tracey and Jodie took us through everything we needed to know, both very knowledgeable and thorough. Took us through the pros and cons of each type of bed and mattress etc which made our choice very easy. Very happy with the whole experience and happy with our purchase.

We visited the Shrewsbury store 3 times before deciding which suite to buy. Each time we were greeted by Tracey. Her knowledge of the products was outstanding, she was able to advise what was/was not suitable for our needs. What we particularly liked compared with other stores is how we were left to browse if we wanted but she was on hand if we had a question. So many other stores, their staff follow you around like a shadow. We felt fully supported by her in making what was a very important decision for us. Thank you
