Super service at the Shrewsbury store from Sue R & Sue. A very full explanation of the products my mum was looking at & the health implications regarding selecting the right items for mums particular needs & requirements. Will highly recommend to others who might be looking to buy from HSL.

We are very pleased with our new recliner chair, sofa and mattress. Both staff in the shop, especially new manager Sue, were very helpful and today Craig and Mark delivered and assembled our furniture, arriving exactly at the time given (we were able to track their journey online), and, with no fuss and very efficiently, they put everything together, exactly where we wanted it.

Super impressive, Craig and Danny were pleasant, efficient and plenty advice given about looking after our sofa. Very pleased with sofa and how quickly it was ready for delivery. Great service.

I along with my daughter visited HSL Shrewsbury with a view to purchase a chair from the stressless range. We were warmly greeted by Helen ( from the Turo branch) who with her very experience and knowledge of the range, from start to finish Helen answered all my questions. It was due to Helen that I was very happy to gohead with my choice of purchase and placed my order with confidence. A big thank you Helen and the coffee and biscuits were a welcome touch. Received our chair one week earlier than expected, delivery guys very obliging and helpful, slight problem with arm covers, customer service contacted and replacement pair will be despatched.

Helen was knowledgeable and very attentive. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Sue and Carol were very friendly and helpful, the store was very bright and inviting, the coffee and biscuits were much appreciated.

Attentive serice in the store at shrewsbury and the deivery men were polite and helpful, running through the instructions for the furniture and setting it all up with minimum fuss

Great. Ok it took sometime to arrive and then due to road works I had to delay it a bit more but the company worked with me and I’m now sitting in my new chair and it’s very comfortable. The delivery guys worked out how to get it into my lounge safely. Brilliant service fro all aspects.

Having previously purchased a reclining chair from HSL we knew exactly where to go for another chair . The newer version does even more than the one we have in our garden room. Nancy in Shrewsbury HSL was very helpful and I was given time to try the chairs various functions before purchasing. My choice of Chair was the Aysgarth petite dual rise and recliner with 4 motor (heat, Lumbar and headrest) this chair fulfilled my needs now and some potential needs for the future. Being able to adjust the lumbar and headrest parts of the chair make it even more comfortable.Having the choice of having heat is an extra comfort component.
I feel so comfortable when I sit in the chair it’s blissful.
The chair was delivered by Ian and Paul. They gave us a telephone call to say when they would be arriving.
They were friendly and took great care when carrying the chair into our home not to knock any other furniture or fittings in our cottage rooms.
I was given a demonstration on how to use the controls and they ensured that the chair had adequate space to accommodate the chair in a fully reclined position.
The overall experience of purchasing my new chair has been extremely satisfying. I would 100% recommend HSL and its employees as the best company to make a purchase from

Ray was very polite, helpful and informative giving us as much time as we wanted to ask questions and make our own minds up about what we wanted. There was absolutely no pressure, or pushy selling which suited us well. We were also pleased to find that the HSL range was well displayed and each item was designed well.

I went with my elderly parents, my father in an electric wheelchair. The ladies were great, very attentive and they went out of their way to make us all feel comfortable and welcome.
No rushing, offered hot and cold drinks. Moved furniture to accommodate Dads wheelchair and give him room to transfer into the armchair.
They both went out of their way to ensure that my parents made the best decision for themselves in their own time. Highley recommend

Nancy and Tracey (? I think) were very helpful this afternoon. We needed a new reclining chair for Dad. They were able to find the records of a sale for Mums chair the previous year, from a different store and have sorted out one in the same fabric for Dad. We are looking forward to it being delivered in a few weeks time.

I went to the Shrewsbury shop to try Stressless chairs. I’ve had a hip replacement and have been using an adjustable but uncomfortable specialist chair for 11 weeks. I didn’t want anything too bulky or electrically operated but didn’t know whether Stressless would fit the bill or not. Tracey showed me the Stressless range and similar alternatives. She gave me time to check them for comfort and I decided to order one of the readily available range there and then. Tracey was informative and knew the products well.

Visited the Shrewsbury shop with my parents who were looking for an adjustable bed. Tracey and Ray could not have been more helpful and considerate. They were patient and not at all pushy. They are a credit to the company! Great products and great people.

From the shop to the delivery the experience was good. Communication about the process was also excellent. Apart from the telephone line from Yorkshire was not too clear.
