Riser/recliner ordered from Shrewsbury
I ordered this chair from the Shrewsbury store, where the saleswoman, Nancy, was really helpful and gave me plenty of time to choose. The chair arrived this morning and is all I had hoped it would be. I think I will be really happy with it.

Really great service.
Went in today with my 83 year old Mum to get another chair. We bought one back in 2023 which has been great but Mum's mobility has changed as have her needs. Tracy was brilliant. She could see me struggling with Mum's wheelchair and came straight out to help. She sat patiently whilst Mum explained her needs, even getting us both a coffee while Mum tried her chosen chair. Very friendly, thorough and helpful. Let Mum try the different size chairs to be sure she was happy. Now can't wait for it to arrive. Thanks again Tracy for all your help.
