HSL Chairs - Warrington Reviews 

Lynn at the Warrington store was absolutely amazing with us. I went in for a chair and spent a few hours with Lynn and then returned with my parents for them to change their sofas, as they need someone patient and understanding to help them and Lynn was this 100%. Lynn and one of her colleagues spent another 2hrs with us. Nothing was any trouble for them both. Lynn was amazing and really pleased with the price of the sofas too. Would definitely return and would highly recommend HSL and more importantly Lynn. People buy because of people, not because of the company. Lynn was the perfect sales lady for us today.

We visited the new Warrington store with the express intention of ordering a new Stressless chair. We received a good deal of useful advice and never felt pressurised. We were quoted what we considered to be a good price, ordered and took delivery just 2 working days later. Kate was very helpful in the advice she offered and not at all “pushy”.

I visited the Warrington HSL showroom yesterday 10th of December to choose a chair. I was greated with a very helpful lady who helped me so much to choose the right one for me thank you so much Kate ❤️

Paul and Jon were scheduled to deliver the chair, 0800-1200 and we were promised a call 30mins before actual arrival. We got the call at 0715 with an expected arrival of 0745. I had to get over to my mums and so i said that was a bit early but I'd be there at 0800. The boys said fine and they'd be happy to wait. They were waiting when I arrived and they completed the delivery by 0815. They were pleasant and professional throughout.

After looking for months for a new suite, I spotted the perfect sofa as soon as we entered HSL. The manager Steven and his team were very helpful, providing information when we asked whilst giving us space and time to consider our options. Paul and Jon delivered our suite, unpacked it and removed the packing. The furniture is excellent quality, very comfortable and we are delighted with our purchase. It's great to find a company which gives such good service.

I bought a recliner earlier in the year from HSL and wanted an ottoman to match in the same covering and I wanted a specific size Kate was very helpful in ensuring the order met my requirements.

I live about 30 minutes away from the showroom and had never visited there so I entered the location in my sat nav it took me to an empty HSL showroom so I rang the HSL number and was told they had moved to a new location nearby.
It seems that the old location and the new one are both available on sat nav I think the old location should be removed otherwise they could lose potential customers who don’t check for the new location.

My stressless chair was delivered with care by Carl F and Lee R. The adjustment of the chair were explained well and I was very happy with the service delivery that I had. The chair and footstool were unwrapped in the delivery vehicle, so I didn’t have any packaging to dispose of. A great service from these two gentlemen.

Kate from the Warrington branch was excellent and very knowledgeable about the product range lovely and friendly gave you time to think and makes a good cup of tea

This is the second chair I’ve purchased from HSL and the delivery guys were great. Professional, polite and arrived bang on time after ringing 30 minutes before giving me an ETA.

Visited the Warrington store with my elderly aunt. Was greeted by Kate who looked after my auntie. Showed us a variety of options for a recliner chair. No pressure to purchase. My auntie loved the complimentary tea and biscuits and relaxed in the chair she chose to purchase. Can recommend Kate and her colleagues. Was also given a parting gift of tea and biscuits which was a lovely touch. Thank you for a very good shopping experience.

Went to the Warrington shop this morning to investigate HSL fireside chair and was very impressed with Kate who was very knowledgeable about the product and nothing was to much trouble explaining the difference between the chairs which helped us decide on the one for us

John & Kate at the Warrington store were very helpful and attentive. Delivery estimate was as expected. Ian & Paul delivered and were very efficient and friendly, as they unloaded I realized the upholstery was not the one I had chosen, but was the same colour and I actually liked it better than the one I had chosen. I had not seen that sample in store. Overall I am very satisfied, the quality and service has been very good.

Me and my wife visited HSL Chairs, Warrington, this morning with a view to see what they had to offer. We were immediately impressed with the quality and choice of furniture on offer. As we were trying out a settee that we both liked, Kate approached us, enquiring if she could be of help. She obviously had an in-depth knowledge of product range and process. Moreover, her warm and friendly approach helped us in our decision to place an order immediately. We cannot recommend HSL Chairs, Warrington, highly enough. Visit and you will be impressed.

A very welcoming store with even more welcoming staff.
Kate was excellent and displayed very good product knowledge.
The actual buying process was effortless and everything was explained in great detail.
The items we purchased were available with express delivery. Within 10 mins of leaving the store I received a call to arrange delivery which was within 2 days. Amazing service.

Went into the Warrington branch on 23rd September with my 92 year old dad, looking for a new chair. We were greeted by Joanne, lovely friendly lady whose patience was brilliant. We were in the store around 1 hour 45 minutes trying almost all the chairs in there. But after a cup of tea + biscuits dad finally made his choice. We have purchased from HSL a few times and find the furniture good.
Thank you Joanne for great customer service, very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend, you are under no pressure to buy anything if you just want to look around, it’s worth looking when you next need new furniture.

We went to store in Warrington 6 weeks ago.
The service in the shop was great.
We was told that delivery would be 6 weeks. And 6 weeks to the day, our new sofa has been expertly delivered and built in my home. By Carl P and Damion.
