Opened a fixed rate ISA to transfer in previous years depoits. Rate very good and account opening on the website easy to do and very clear. It would have been good to have acknowledgement of the transfer when opening the account as a number emails were sent chasing the initial deposit when it was simply transferring from another provider. I had to call to ensure all was well. Overall though an excellent service

My ISA transfer was completed in a timely manner but communication during the process was poor. It took HTB 3 days to respond to an email asking if the transfer was being done.

It was easy to set up and straight forward apart from wanting to add my wife into the account. this was not allowed due to her not having a mobile phone or being on the internet. not being allowed to use my mobile or email as contact.which is allowed by other banks.
which allows the account to transfer to the other if something happens to one of us.

Bare Trust Issue.
Bare Trust setup for my son a few years ago when his grandfather passed. Now my son has turned eighteen, We have been in contact with HTB who do not seem to know how to exceute access to the account/funds for my son. This has been ongoing for weeks. Raised a complaint due to lack of correspondance! How can a Trust Bank not know how to deal with a bare trust once the beneficiary reaches 18? They have now closed the complaint and have not been in touch other than to explain that they have closed the complaint.
