Would even put this into minus stars if I could. The most awful company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Very good in getting you in at first however soon as they have their commission from you they don’t care about you. To start we had to push back as we had agreed a move in date paid for moving van. Kye who was our wonderful (not) estate agent thought it was acceptable to give us a call at 16:00 the day before to say we can’t move in this date. Extractor fan was broke in the property was promised this will be fixed at the start of our tenancy. They decided to send someone to fix this in our last 2 weeks of our agreement. The state of the flat when we moved in was beyond a joke grime on the kitchen top bathroom smelt disgusting was dirty. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since the flat had been built. Marks all over the walls and blinds. We’re not trying to be overcharged for a cleaning service when the flat was left in 10 times better condition it was left in. Horrible company who don’t care about you after they have their commission. Also abysmal customer service constantly have to chase them for things
Estate agents that don’t care
I enquired about a flat for sale and arranged a viewing. As I would be travelling a distance the first question I asked was regarding pets. The agent said that he would get back to me . Two days later on the afternoon after 4pm I received notification of the forthcoming appointment which was confirmed. I hastily then booked a train ticket only having travelled around 4 hours just pulling up before the train station the agents called to say that pets weren’t allowed. I registered a complaint and am still awaiting a response. The cost of my train ticket was over £100.
Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional. The Estate Agent came across as very leery. Which for a women on her own is very concerning. What they don't tell you is that if you withdraw the property for any reason they will charge you withdrawal fee! They should be upfront about this! Not sneaky! Unprofessional would avoid!

Really happy with the service from Hunters Stourbridge with the sale of our property. Ellis was great, easily contactable and dealt with any queries or concerns we had. Would definitely recommend to others and sell/buy through Hunters in the future.

This is the worst agent ever. All agents are known for their commitment and trustworthiness, but they lack honesty. Instead of truthfully stating the facts about the property, they always wrap things up or try to deceive the client. I had a very bad experience with this agent.
Do not use this estate agent
Would not recommend renting through Hunters - no communication, follow up or empathy from anyone here.
Day one moved in
- Leak all over the living area from a disconnected pipe that hadn’t been checked. Raised floorboards and bloomed worktop
- No broadband access
- No bins
- Vent not fitted correctly in the bathroom
(All reported no follow up from Hunters)
1 month later
- Still no broadband, bins arrive. Had to purchase expensive WiFi dongle in 12 month contract and unable to use electric car charger.
- Phone line attachment broken and reported via Opeanreach
-Had to chase Hunters for any action to be taken for the wifi for the whole apartment block
2 months later
- (Some) flats connected to broadband still some flats without wifi - low speed if usable
- Our apartment was flooded with sewage water into the bathroom.
- £150 to replace damaged bathroom goods
- Pipes overflowing and all toilet/shower/sinks/washing machine and dishwasher unusable for 3 days
- 3 days OFF work to facilitate fixing issues
- Front door lock unstable logged 23rd July no follow up
- Vent still hanging down in bathroom
3 months in
- Storage room ripped up from last month and no follow up from blocked pipes. Waiting to be flooded out
- Stinks of sewage
- No communication in over 3 weeks
Do not care about welfare/lack of customer service. Shocking. I never write negative reviews and genuinely give people a bit of slack but this has been the worst I have experienced.

Got to be the worst letting agents ever the council told them June last year they had to do the work to bring things up to standard..its now August 2024 and other than the plastering nothings been done..I've had to live on a building site for the last 10 months..never get in toutch or come round to see how things are going and the office is only 400 yard..avoid the Oldham branch at a costs..they might be good at selling houses but they're awful at letting them

This is the worst letting agent we have tried to deal with. We are customers trying to let for the next 5 years. We are looking for properties in Tamworth and after 5 applications on line have never heard anything not even a call or email. Come on Hunters this is not the way to do business. Honestly the worst Estate Agents I've ever dealt with. I waited over 4 weeks for my keys after signing my contract, only to tell me the house isn't available, leaving me homeless. Poor communication skills. Had to move in with my family. Avoid, avoid, avoid. You'll end up wasting time and money dealing with these guys.

I would completely recommend avoiding this agency, they are slow to respond, have no information ready at hand and this has possibly been the most annoying process of purchasing a property with them. There was a lot of missing information that I was not provided and they basically only know how to respond when they need something. You will call them and they say they'll get back to you and just disappear. Avoid if possible.

Just don't use this Estate Agent. And really don't use them to do an Inventory. They made so many errors we had to almost redo it ourselves. They missed the Fridge Freezer. Washing machine and Dishwasher in the Kitchen. They said there was a white wooden wardrobe in the bathroom, there isn't I could go on and on. I have asked for a refund but of course not heard anything!
INCOMPETENT
Hunters listed a rental property two days ago and I had contacted them making an enquiry an hour after it was posted. No response. so I went online and found a book a viewing form and completed it. No response. The next day I emailed asking further about the property. No response. Today no call or no email, no response. So I call up and I am informed that they are fully booked for viewings and they probably wont do another one. Absolutely no communication. Zero customer service.An entirely incompetent estate agents. I had to drag the information out of them and at no stage was I contacted. The entirety of their reviews for 2024 details their utter incapability.

Appalling customer service from the stoke office and I'm not even one of their tenants, had the misfortune to be involved with a leak from one of their tenants, it took over 6 months to get to the repair stage which when done was really poor workmanship so I'm having to do it myself, the staff are unhelpful and don't care so if they treat third party tenants like that it must be really bad for their own tenants.

Unprofessional - don't use this company
I am a landlord to a small studio in Leeds. Kirsten Airs agreed to drop their 12.5% plus VAT fees down to 10% including VAT, but then didn't do so. She has been avoiding my calls ever since, despite me threatening legal action and to raise a complaint with the ombudsmen. If you are a landlord, I would suggest you don't use this company.

I have only great things to say about Hunters Middleton branch! From the very first phone call right up to exchanging contacts They have been beyond brilliant. I absolutely loved the pictures of my house and the write up most definitely did my house justice. My house sold within 4 days and I was over the moon with the price!
Nicole was the shining star for me- she kept in daily contact and was the most reassuring and helpful person every single step of the process. She chased up people when they needed it ensuring the sale moved along at pace. Thank you so much Hunters but especially a massive thank you to Nicole- you have been amazingly!
