Connection and cooperation is what makes amsterdam&partners strong and functional as a city marketing organisation. As the central organisation we connect cross-sector parties. More than ever, this comes down to this key principle: “together we are stronger”.

Purchasing the card was easy. It was easy to add multiple cards to one app and scan everyone in at once. We used the 48-hour card for public transit (including to Schipol airport), discounted 1/2 day tour to Zaanse Schans Windmills, THIS IS HOLLAND 5D Flight Experience, Hortus Botanicus, Rembrandt House Museum, Mokumboot Canal Cruise and a discount for the Heineken Experience. I feel like it was a good value for the money and easy to use.

It was very easy to use the City Card, the price for the entries and the possibility for using GBV in Amsterdam was perfect for our stay.

Not disability friendly at all. Managed to use the card once for a £10 discount for the £286 we paid. The company responded to a wrong email address which meant I was not informed or my choices. Company, despite PROVIDING the photographic evidence that proves their fault. Even so, refused to refund and now aren’t responded to any emails when I highlight my consumer rights. Disgusting ableist.

Not all turnstile or QR code reader worked on my QR code. I had to walk in a moving tram or bus to see which reader can catch my QR code.

I had booked and paid for the card in advance of our arrival. Booked to my credit card Date March 4th posted March 5th in the amount of 338 euros. Confirmation number cc-ao7w-1fyb. Upon arrival at Centraal Station presented confirmation number to receive physical cards and was charged again at the time April 12th in the amount of 376 euros. How can I help to receive a refund for the duplicated payment? Thanks I received a quick response to my inquiry and am satisfied with the service to address my concerns. The confusion with billing was mine.

Super worthy if you're vising a lot of things or doing a lot of activities. Includes virtually everything except for Van Gogh Museum and Anna Frank's House. It was super easy to use

Easy to use, efficient process, made public transit a breeze to use and the museums and canal cruises and bike rentals were readily accessible. Highly recommend.

If you plan to visit a lot of attractions, this card is a must. For a price of this card you could visit 3/4 attractions, but with it you can visit up to 70 of them, get "free" public transport, which I recommend to use, it saved us a lot of time since we spent most of our days going to different parts of the city (the first day we only walked bc we were mesmerised by the city but we didn't make it to our appointments)

In theory the amsterdam city card offers great benefits for tourists in Amsteram because it offers free entry to the most popular tourist destinations and free public transport in Amsterdam.
My biggest concern is the hefty price which feels very reasonable considering all of the benefits but how many museums can one really visit on a single day?
Sadly I had quite the embarrassing situation when I wrongly assumed that I could combine my NS tickets and City Card. I put a few hours of research time into figuring out how far the citycard reaches and only bought a ticket from my location to Weesp. I was under the assumption that this would cover my trip on the NS train which it didnt. This might seem obvious for a dutch person but as a tourist I wasnt aware that the citycard does not include traveling with the NS. Because this is a product that specifically targets tourist (including foreign tourists) i recommend highlighting this information on the website more clearly because I did not stumble upon this during my 2hr research.
The cityCard gets significantly cheaper for longer stays so I would recommend this mostly to people who are planning to stay inside Amsterdam and for more than a weekend. Otherwise one should plan carefully when a cityCard actually is a money saver.

Mostly the pass was great and convenient. But some places we didn't get into because they required a reservation which was disappointing.

Value for money - several transport (except train - not necessary to get to know Amsterdam), activities (boat cruis, comedy shows, etc), museums are included.
User experience - plataform super user-friendly.
We bought the 140h-card and saved a lot of money!

Using the e-card was a breeze for us. We were able to get into Rijksmuseum, Artis Royal Zoo, and Nemo Science Museum without any problems. We were able to travel around the city with our card access to trams, metros, and buses. Carefully plan your trip in order to maximize the benefits of this card.

A very convenient way to organize and explore a trip in Amsterdam. Will always use this when visiting

Using this card on the app to get around and go to attractions was so easy and effortless! We would use this again! It helps to download an eSim if coming from the USA.

This card was a real cost savings and allowed us to see so many wonderful things in Amsterdam.
