Good service

I had some questions which were answered quickly and well. Every issue was cleared before the purchase. The deliverytime was just as mentioned during the puchase, with no custom issues. Everything went smooth and well. Very satisfying.

Bikes are good but the delivery and communication is not that great

At first I was sceptical about this website as it was based in Spain and I am in the uk and the prices looked too good to be true but I ordered the cannondale habit 4 for about £1300 pounds including shipping and the only thing I’d say that was bad was the delivery time which isn’t really even ibk’s fault it did come just under two late which was annoying but with the crazy discount I didn’t actually mind too much. I would 100% recommend buying from ibk it is definitely legit.

Bike was shipped with a paint defect in the frame tube which was not a result from shipping. IBK negotiated a small discount in return for this defect. With less than 50 miles of riding the main pivot bolt unthreaded on my son while riding leading to a major safety concern. Response from IBK was that I should have checked the torque specs on each bolt on the bike before riding although they did not ship the bike with instructions that this was a requirement nor did they provide the OEM torque specs by bolt. Because the bike was ridden they voided their return policy despite the fact the threads were compromised. I would not recommend anyone purchasing a new bike from IBK due to quality or any products due to their unwillingness to uphold policy.

Outstanding customer service and great communication when my package was held up by customs.

Generally speaking had a positive experience with IBK. They were quick to send my order and helped correct a glitch in the system that changed my address to something really odd because of an over seas shipment.
The shipping company that delivered the package is attempting to scam myself and IBK though and are actively breaking several consumer protection laws in Canada by exploiting a widely known scam.
I hope IBK does not get taken advantage of.

Delivery was kind of buggy, would not deliver to romania , had to email them. But the prices are super good , bought the orbea laufey h-ltd 2022
