Even though the product is listed in the description of the discount, the bar code would not qualify for the product. I took pictures and manually input the code but still did not get credit. Very disappointed.

Today was the second issue I've had with Dollar General not sending my receipts to Ibotta. I purchased what I had saved on my account, put my credentials in and double checked to make sure it was accepted due to the issue before with DG. All was fine except 10 hours later, my receipt has not been sent to Ibotta. Be careful shopping at DG, make sure your purchases are sent to your account.

Receipt scan software is poor. Mostly cannot read store name even though receipt clearly has it. Need to talk to Fetch and get their version…

I purchased persil 84 oz laundry detergent and should have received $2.00, but you said my purchase was ineligible!!! I did purchase the product and I am very frustrated! I purchased the correct amount and correct size of product and still did not receive the $2.00. I think i will cash out and delete the app, too much work for no return !!!!!!!

Something is wrong with the app and Food Lion. This is where I’m going to be shopping primarily. For a few weeks in a row, I’ve been unable to collect my cash back in my account from this store. I keep having to call customer service with my request. Can somebody please fix this?

I did not get credit for the 10 purchase made toward the $5 weekend bonus. This ALWAYS or, 99% of the time happens at Big Y. I need to only purchase five more items to receive the weekend bonus and it is not indicated or credited.

I didn't get all the money I should have. I missed out on $5 on th 4 packages of Perfect Bars I bought. I am having trouble with receipts from Publix. It doesn't see the date on the receipt.

I bought the cheeze it crackers on two receipts. I submitted the first receipt with no problem. I immediately tried to submit the next receipt and the cheeze it rebate is no longer on the site. the limit was 5. The receipt I entered had one and the other 3 (I didn't get 5 only 4) were on the second receipt. I could not do missing cash since there was no product showing to attach it to. This is not the first time I have had issues with things on Ibotta

I bought a qualifying purchase that Ibotta did not honor. I have even attempted to have Ibotta review any "missing cash back" and they still did not honor. It was on a receipt that had to be uploaded. They claimed that my purchase was not on the receipt, but it was. I look at it again today and it's still there.

The barcode matched the offer of the product I scanned. The purchase was really made at the correct location. I will be uninstalling this app if this problem continues.

Signups was really quick and easy. I've heard about Ibotta for years and finally when I looked into it the whole thing was setup in less then 10 minutes, the application gives you more bonuses then just the site. I very quickly earned $5.44 in my first week, shopping from one store, on top of any additional store discount I received from the store I regularly shop from, buying groceries and paying for a product that I normally, regularly buy. I wish I would have signed up for this long ago. If you haven't yet I highly suggest you do.

The utility has gone way down for me. Less and less things that match things I already buy. Wishing offers were more aligned to my purchase history. I don't understand the products they list in Aldi USA because many of them I have never seen inside an aldi store. Someone needs to validate what products Aldi actually carries. Perhaps if a product isn't scanned in a store and redeemed in x months then remove it until someone verifies it's available in the store.

I absolutely love Ibotta ...it helps so much with our needed purchases ..especially at todays prices...i cant say how much that your my #1 app!!...i tell everyone to down load the app. ...m9re people should jump on board ...thank you🙂

I'm upset about a receipt from Kroger, 4/24/26 totaling 27.97. I purchased Claritin, a bottle of 40 tablets. At the time I scanned my receipt after making the purchase, you showed a $5 cash back for my purchase. Yet now your email to me said my scanned item (the Claritin) doesn't match my receipt. That $5 back now is not shown in your offers. I feel you changed it to keep me from receiving it when I had followed all the rules. This makes me feel that it isnt worth it to participate in your program. Can you correct this?

Some stores are not recognized on receipts. Dates are not recognized correctly. App cash back disappears after a purchase before you even get home to upload the receipt. Cash back items on app don’t show up once you take a picture of the receipt.

Easy to redeem for products I was going to buy or some new products I'd like to try. It's a win- win.
