So far it seems ok but it doesn't seem much to the point it seems a little slow for me just my personal opinion

Great instructor that wants all his students to succeed. He can explain it a million different ways until you understand the content. Very patient instructor and there is never a dull moment.
Highly recommend to learn from.

Great instructor. This is my third or fourth class that I take with Mr Eric. I enjoyed all of them he takes the time to explain so we can understand and learn.

So far I have been getting good Knowledge in nice way of explanation.

The classes were very detailed orientated very easy to follow and listen. Plus the videos to all the modules help explain a lot what to see and expect when you are ready to be out in the home inspection industry. Even better is the guidelines of giving you all the free downloads to help you further your career. I’m glad I took this course and looking forward to my future career as the best home inspector thank you ICA.

I purchased this course from ICA early this year and TREC denied my certificate and said this course was not approved for the required hours. Jason from ICA told me that they weren't technically approved but they would be 'soon'. So, they SOLD me a course they knew would not be accepted! Just waiting for their approval? Completely unethical. Would never recommend. Go to AHIT instead. They confirmed for me as well that ICA was not approved.

They can improve by not being liars on the phone to get your credit card and then not provide the training promised. Refused to give me a refund and hung up on me.

David Miller has been a great instructor. He goes above and beyond to explain how things work he’s making the experience fun and knowledgeable. I recommend David for anyone who wants to learn all facets of a house his teachings will make it easier on doing a home inspection.

I believe the information that Mr. Shelton gave me was informative, and even though it was a short four day class, he gave me the necessary information and guidance to achieve the goal of passing the required certification, testing to become a licensed home inspector. Mr. Sheltons knowledge and laid-back demeanor was truly appreciated.

Steve was so helpful getting me setup and the process was easy, I was able to start immediately. The process of logging on and starting the course was easy to follow. The instructor explained everything in detail in order to understand what he was trying to explain about each module. My overall experience was great!

This is a mid-life career change for me, so I was pretty anxious about switching lanes so quickly, but I buried my nose in the modules and found it was very useful and informative and structured for success. Upon completion of the online courses, attended the 4-day live instruction seminar with Steve Sheldon, who was a most valuable teacher and really engaging with the class. I left with a strong sense of great things to come, and I am grateful to call Steve friend and colleague. He is an excellent instructor. If you are sitting on the fence looking for new horizons, I recommend further education with an ICA qualified instructor in the immediate future.

I am not usually one to do online reviews or comments but this class was truly worth my time to do so! I took the history of homes class with Floyd and Sandra Gibbs and have nothing but positive memories. They presented useful information about common building materials from different eras and had many of the actual items that you can see, touch and smell. No boring lectures or .ppt overload, just great information, discussion and dialog presented in a fun and informative manner.

I really enjoyed this past weekend with Floyd and Sandra. Floyd and Sandra created such a positive, , loving, learning, fun environment. I was really blown out by their personalities. You can feel, tell and prove that they care that you understand what they are teaching. And I did get all they were teaching during this 12 hours course. The 8-hour US House bulding history has blown my mind too. So informative but Floyd and Sandra were able to teach it as a story. That's a a great teaching skill.

The course was well put together and artistic way in which it was imparted made almost impossible not to get a clear understanding. I would recommend ICA any day

Home Inspector's continues education class with Floyd and Sandra Gibbs is an extraordinary experience which takes you to the history of the homes from 1600's to the modern building technologies as we know today. All 12 hours of CE are filled with interaction between mentors and students plus surprise turns which are waiting for you after each break when you return back to the class. It is more than just plain class it is a great show! Thank You Floyd and Sandra!

ICA did a good,informative class and Pete made it enjoyable

There isn’t enough space given here to describe how wonderful Floyd & Sandra Gibbs are. I took the ten day course back in ‘21 and now my CEs in ‘23. From the first minute of instruction it is glaringly evident how much they love doing what they do. The wealth of knowledge, delivery of materials, and most of all, their level of genuine compassion to their craft and their students is astounding. I cannot recommend ICA enough and more specifically Floyd and Sandra if you even have the slightest interest in breaking into the home inspection industry. From the bottom of my heart thank you for all you have done for me and continue to do.

I just completed the History of Homes class and just wanted to say that the instructors, Floyd, Sandra and Pete went above and beyond my expectations. The class was also fun and had a lot of interaction. I strongly recommend taking this class to further your knowledge of Home Inspections and everyday knowledge.

Excellent class. Our instructor Steve Sheldon did an amazing job. We got valuable real-world information that coincided with the online ICA module training.

Steve provided the information in a way that was easy to comprehend. I was apprehensive about taking this class due to a lack of knowledge in the industry, but because of the online and in-person training (Steve), I feel much more confident about moving forward in this journey and the licensure test.

This is a life changing experience, thanks so much! The ambience in the classroom is great, good learning. Best decision I made.
