The icepack came very quickly but I find it much larger than I was expecting and is suitable, perhaps, for an athletic man but not a short lady such as myself. I also find that the icepack is very heavy. I certainly wouldn't recommend it for a knee injury.

Great Product, been using the knee cuff systems for five years. Now I have a rotater cuff injury so thought why nit buy the shoulder cuff .really calms the inflammation down.

These are great ice-packs.
These are great ice-packs had 2 for a number of years and keep in freezer. Sadly someone came and bent them double and the gel balls came out.
I am delighted to find the same ones. Very comfortable and perfect for 20mins, which is the suggested time for hot or cold.
