We were looking for a trustworthy and professional travel agency to handle all the travelling arrangements,
This travel agency was recommended by a family member who has already used their services.
Our expectations was not so high and we were a group of three families, but they dedicated 2 agents to our group who were always available to answer our questions and to solve our concerns.
We faced just one problem throughout the travelling which was from the hotel side, as washroom of one room was not in proper working condition, the agency staff contacted with the hotel and changed our room within an hour.

My experience with Ideal Flights was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Their customer service is practically nonexistent — getting a response felt impossible, and when I finally did, it was unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in actually solving the problem.
The booking process was confusing and stressful, and once my issue came up, I was left completely on my own. No clear explanations, no accountability, and zero professionalism. It honestly felt like once they had my money, they no longer cared at all.
I wasted so much time dealing with their mistakes and chasing answers that never came. This company caused unnecessary stress and frustration, and I regret trusting them in the first place. They even told us to pay for package deposit and when they took the money they asking for more money and they didn’t even book us in for the hotel. What kind of service or fraud is this. Everyone needs to be aware of this company it is not to be trusted at all.

Do not trust this company. They are very unreliable and I am very upset with their work. Do not go ahead with this company if you want to save your money and have a good holiday. Their quality of work is very poor. Danish Ali is the one that served me and he makes himself seem like a good guy but behind the scenes he’s a very dodgy person. He tells us he books us a 4 star hotel but he booked us a 2 star hotel. A lot of confirmation stuff was required and when you call him he doesn’t reply. Very untrustworthy please do not go ahead if you want to have a good time.

Madinah hotel was 3-star with basic facilities; families with kids or elderly should prefer a hotel near the Haram to avoid difficult road crossings.
Private transfers (Jeddah–Makkah–Madinah–Makkah–Jeddah) were excellent: professional drivers, clean new cars, and no waiting.
Note: Al Kiswah Hotel Makkah bus service can involve long waits around prayer times, which may be difficult for children and elderly.
Overall, a well-managed experience. Highly recommended

Do not go forward with this company they are not trustworthy and they ask for deposit beforehand which would make sense if they save the hotels and some spots that they had promised us. A lot of hassling back and forth and just in general you do not see any comfort with this company it's just pure headache. Also, they go back on their word a lot saying one thing and then a few days later saying another. Very unreliable and I was very upset to be honest with their quality of work. Terrible experience. The staff was unprofessional, unresponsive, and downright rude. No proper communication, no support, and the overall service was a mess. Avoid this agency if you value your time and money.

Very unprofessional staff the person (Mr Danish) applied for my visa and didn't got it till day and after complaining no one gave up positive response on the situation. Very disappointing

I had booked a 4-star hotel in Madinah, but to my surprise, he upgraded us to a 5-star hotel without any extra charge which was a wonderful gesture.
