Think before you buy, because you can't return it
I ordered a phone case but regretted it as soon as it arrived. It's pretty but did not seem like decent protection to me. I don't blame the company for me changing my mind, but they do not facilitate returns at all, which in 2020 should be really standard. Firstly, it is super difficult to find the page to indicate that you want to return an item. I only found it by googling explicitly for "ideal of sweden returns". Secondly, you have to pay for the return fee after already having paid for shipping fees. Thirdly, you only get 2 weeks for the return. I paid 9 euros for a return in the post office and I wrote the address correctly, but after two weeks, the package ended up in my own mailbox, which means my return period has ended and I am now out of 40 euros for a case I don't want.

I placed my order on the 26 of november 2019 and today the 8 january 2020 i still havent received it!!! I got an email in december saying my package was on its way, but there has been no update and i still havent gotten it! Ive contacted customer service and I have not gotten an answer!! very bad customer service!
Still waiting for my order I placed on november 27th.
Received one e-mail that my order was processed and ready to be shipped, didn't receive anything ..
Already sent 3 emails to costumer service, didn't get any respons.
Meanwhile they are still advertising to buy 1 and get 1 for free, 50% discount etc... very disrespectful.
